Good morning to all readers and to all staff @ Trip.
I recently tripped to India ( April 2023 ) . I stayed at Hotel Hive after arriving at Delhi. The purpose was to meet my close friend, who resides there. Hotel stay 7th to 11th Apr morning. I specifically requested a suite room  single occupancy , over the phone which was approved and the deal was to pay on arrival. I was given room 311 suite. I did not realise that this room was next to the busy GT road. A flyover and two service roads. That's when I paid for my misfortune. The road noise / traffic noise / truck horns blaring day and night. It's like you are in the middle of the road hearing everything. I could not sleep for 3 nights. The room was nicely lit up. And that's the only thing appreciable. Now I'll get to room details. Bed was ok for me . The AC for April was good. Full On. There were frequent power cuts but that resolved quickly. The overhead ceiling fans provided much needed respite. The mini-fridge in the room was non-functional. It didn't work .. And I was told that the hotel does not provide a mini-fridge that actually works. All my water bottles stayed warm throughout. Cold water bottles from room service was double the price that I could buy from outside. Bathroom door lock, Front door lock .. both were damaged and needed repair. Room Wifi was limited to only one device and that was medium speed. There was wiring in the room that needs repair. Room service for food and drinks was prompt... I look at the receipt and thought it was ok , compared to many hotels I have stayed. The hotel bar and dining room service shuts down at 22:45 hrs, which is thumbs down from me. The morning breakfast was really poor to average. I paid £7 for the brekkie on 7th am. It was rubbish ! Not many options. Everything was oily and salty. And to top this all ..the pick up from Delhi international airpot. I was charged £ 37 by the hotel. I called a local cab service to drop me back to the airport. And that was 
£ 22. I will never stay here again because 3 nights sleepless made me ill. There are better hotels to stay ..... far away from GT road. I want to thank Mr Luvkesh, Mr Kapil and Mr Kapil  for helping me with everything. Pics attached. The truck horn blare is truly unbearable. A torture for sure.

Horrible stay !!

The best hotel for Overseas Business travellers. I have stayed at a few different option and this is by far the best rooms, best service and best location. Well done to a great team of staff. Rooms were very clean, restaurant was great and staff were very efficient and very helpful.

Best in Panipat

Stayed many times and found excellent every time. My favourite place to stay and dine. Last Saturday I forgot some whiskey in a bottle and very surprisingly they called me up for the same. I really like the attitude and honesty of the staff. 
Big clean rooms and location makes the hotel perfect

i stayed there for three nights for a business trip with my partner in a twin room , non smoking room on the first floor , 

nice breakfast with good choice of food

parking is also available in the hotel

check in staff is courteous and polite well trained, 

GM ( Mr. Pawar ) met me twice to confirm the stay was comfortable.

Great interior & well appointed hotel in the city of Panipat

I visited Panipat for official trip. On Gt road hive hotel is  so good. Never expected such nice hotel in Panipat. There was enough place for parking. Valet available. Specious decent room and good enough toiletries. Bar was cool with smoking space. Food was too good.
In the morning I asked for a car. And it was there in very short time.

Definitely come back in future.

Nice Hotel

I stayed in Hotel hive for a day .Surprisingly, They denied  to give any discount on food and When I checked out around 10 am next day , I forgot to carry my smaartwatch. Around 2 pm when I realised that i have forgotten my watch in hotel in my room & I confirmed from Hotel, their staff denied that there is no watch in the room where I stayed . 
Very surprising & rude behaviour of Staff.

Good service and helpful staff. Room was excellent. breakfast is very good and the staff is very supportive. Front office manager specially thanks. When come here sure stay in this hotel.

Good hotel to stay ! Has parking facility , Nice dining area, Neat & clean rooms.. Can go with family / friends !! On the GT Road .. Easy to find . Variety of menu in breakfast . Do stay if you are visiting Panipat

Hotel Hive

Paying around Rs.4000, you would expect more. There is a lot of cost cutting from the hotel. The points i think the hotel needs to inprove. 
1. Only 1 bottle of drinking water is provided for 2 persons.
2. Sleeping in AC all night you would expect a hot moring shower but the water was ice cold.
3. The toiletries proveded were not of good quality.
4. The breakfast was not up to the mark.

The only thing good was the A la carte dinner menu.

Not worth the price.

nice and decent hotel with almost all facilities and good food and rooms are also nice, clean. staff is very well mannered and location of the hotel is on GT Road. parking is also available. overall a good experience.
