I with my business associate stayed in crystal park, after a interval of three month noticed a lots of changes and improvements, the food at suarna fish land was awesome server with courtesyes and polite staff, sreving staff Sunil was very nice served us with genuine  smile. Will visit again

Best hotel in town

Very good  compartable to stay,  frindly stafff good room service. Very neat n clean, located a center of city, good food quality  overall we stayed with very happy.  Places are near  by hardly within 7 to 8 kms

Best hotel in mysore ...🤗

Well maintained and awesome service located near kuppanna park a nice 3 star hotel to have a better stay at Mysore!!!, I stayed there for three days and felt like home,  now on whenever I visit feel like staying in crystal park Mysore. 

Made my Day 

Comfortable, Clean Rooms, Service is really good very friendly & helpful staff, Restaurants serve nice and value for money that we spent , ample car parking  space  in fact whenever we visit Mysore we make a point to stay at crystal since the location from my office and Major attractions are within a radius of 3 to 4 kms.

Good Hotel to stay at the heart of City

Stopped in Mysore for an afternoon jaunt and heard good things about both restaurants at Hotel Crystal Park Inn. They have a Mangalorian restaurant out in the back and multicuisine restaurant in the front. We sat in the front and ordered menu items from both restaurants. Let me first say that Mangalorian food is amazing and is hard to come by in India outside of Managlore. The fish curry (ordered from the Mangalorian restaurant) was delicious as were the other multicuisine items - mostly from northern India. Prices were fair given the quality. Overall, service was good and food was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Great restaurant

We had a one night stay in the hotel for our onward journey to Coorg. We spent little time on the hotel, as we were mostly busy roaming outside, but the little stay is not a good one. We stayed in the basic room - Comfort room, and 'wear & tear' seemed to be the theme of the room! Bathing towels (no hand towels given), bed sheet, wooden furniture - all have the same 'worn & torn' feeling (providing some snaps of the same). I don't think, they have made any change of these since the beginning of the hotel! The towels were horrible, all cotton threads were coming out, with stains in them. Very prominent think dust on the wooden furniture. The room is small, though it has a nice balcony. The bathroom was also good. But overall a very shabby room. The breakfast experience was also not good at all. They have only 3/4 items like vada, idli, sambar etc., along with tea, coffee and hot milk. No other options.

Not a good experience at all

Very happy with the stay and customer service.
All the employees are very polite to the guest and really love their support provided. 

Room are little small comparatively but still satisfactory 

Bar is also top most quality. We had a good buffet complimentary breakfast.

Overall very satisfied with their servive amd room quality.

Good hotel with best service

We went there for lunch on 18th May, after our trip to Mysuru zoo. Our driver took us there, as a place to have good non-veg and when we went in it was fully filled. We got a seat for 6 and ordered primarily fish based items. We order fish tikka and whole fish fry for starters along with mangalorean fish curry for main course along with rice, dal and some other veg curries. It was a bit of a wait because of the huge rush. I saw they were also diverting customers to another restaurant at the back, which is probably their own. But when out food came, we directly got the main course items and the starter fish items never came. So we ditched the starters and went ahead with the main course. But when we got the bill, they had charged 500 for the fish item, the mangalore fish curry. The price on the menu was 280, so when we checked they said that it is part of the specials for the day, hence the increased price. These guys are such cheats...no where there was any mention about specials not the person who took order told us about it. Also the line item on the bill was something anjal fish where as the dish you gave us was mangalorean fish curry. That too we had asked for how many pieces while ordering and although it was 4 piece as mentioned to us earlier, the pieces were really small, even for 280 bucks. So after fighting it out, they reduced it by 200 and not even the 220, which was due. Anyways we just paid the bill and came out. So these people forget the orders, charge higher unethically and still not sure how they are doing business.

We stayed here as part of our trip around India.  We found the room comfortable and adequate, but when we went to the restaurant for dinner, we were the only ones there.  We tried to order drinks, but anything we asked for which was on the drinks menu was unavailable.  In the end they just told us the couple of drinks that they had.  We weren't happy and I didn't particularly like the food meny, so we left.  There loss as we found another fantastic place.  Breakfast was strange as we were told the dining room was open, but there was no one there and nothing for the buffet out.  When we did get breakfast the first day was fine, but the second day several items were not available. I don't think I would stay here again.

Comfortable room

We are staying in Mysore for two nights and we asked the driver to take us some where of his choice for dinner. 
We have to say a really fantastic meal from a team of lovely waiters who were very friendly and gave us good advice on the food. We love interesting dishes and here all the food was really tasty and delicious and not to spicy . Thank you for a lovely meal.
We would have never have chosen this or found it.
The driver clearly knew !
