Hotel basera is amazing. 
Cleaning is above mark. 
Mam priya owner of thev hotel is very friendly and co operative. 
If you face -1℅ problem she will sort out immediately. 
Food in the hotel is reasonably priced and very tasty. 
I will give 10 out of 10.
Linens and towels are changed on daily best. 
Rooms are very clean and spacious. 
You won't find such rooms in mussoori at this price. 
Mukesh and Arun at the reception are very cooperative. 
I will come here only whenever I plan my next visit and surely recommend to my family and friends.

The property of hotel is location wise good, but service is not good, WIFI issue, room cleaning issues after complain reaction of staff is not satisfactory, Other wise property is good, they do not negotiate room price.

This is a 2 star property. Rooms are spacious but you will not find them clean. People who book online get this property at a very high rate. You can get at 50% of online rate if you just walk-in and book. There are plenty of rooms and it is never fully booked.  You will find seepage on the walls. Bathrooms are not clean as well. You will be welcomed by a rigid and rude staff. Hotel Manager Rakesh Khandoori is not cooperative at all. The only USP of this property is its location. It is near to mall road on a just 5-7 min walking distance. Also you get ample of parking space. If you have experience in staying 3 or 4 star hotel then this hotel will disappoint you. If you are comfortable with 1 or 2 star hotels then this hotel will meet your expectations. If you are planning a stay with family then I would suggest you look for other better options. I am personally disappointed with my stay.

If you want to stay in a best hotel and affordable hotel then choose hotel Basera in Murroorie. Beautiful location and best service. Walk-in distance from library chowk. you can see beautiful view form the hotel rooms.

We have booked 2 rooms for Our Clients Mr Naresh Shah and Family...The Hotel is located  at about 500 meters from Library Chowk. Just 10 minutes walk. But still at a very calm and quite location. The rooms are sufficiently specious and clean. The view from our room was excellent. Overall service is good. The hotel has sufficient parking place as well as to have bonfire. Enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel is located  at about 500 meters from Library Chowk. Just 10 minutes walk. But still at a very calm and quite location. The rooms are sufficiently specious and clean. The view from our room was excellent. As there were groups in the hotel, we preferred to take breakfast and dinners in the room. The room service is good  and the food was tasty as well. But please insist on signing the food bill every-time as  we found few errors in the final bill submitted to us, which was rectified amicably.  Overall service is good. The hotel has sufficient parking place as well as to have bonfire. Enjoyed our stay.

Good Hotels and Staff

Location is just 7 min walking from Mall which is clam. Parking available. I have stayed here 2 times because I like little bit clam. Its one of my favorite hotel & one of the best hotel at Mussoorie with affordable price. Behaviors of Manager are very good & helpful.
Room are awesome, specious , clean & sunrise can seen from all Double Bed Deluxe room. Food are also OK but take time to prepare. There have big terrace with children pay area from where you can see view & feel nature which is most attractable.

Excellent stay at Mussoorie - Hotel Basera

We stayed here in May 2019 as group of 17 family members. Rooms were clean, big, bathrooms were good. The window of the room is towards parking/terrace - so you have to keep curtains closed whole time. Mall Road is just walking distance.Kitchen needs better management. Only one person was little responsible in the kitchen. Nothing to complain but needs better hospitality.
