Services are over all good. Room r clean...Near to Mall Road and Hidimba Temple. Food Quality is also. I suggest Hidimba Palace for Stay in Manali.

I stayed here with family. Main issue in Manali is Parking . Here in Hotel Parking is also available.

Restorent food quality is also wroth praising.

The experience I had was amazing! The rooms were decent and the service was warm and timely. It is located amidst beautiful scenic views, so you truly enjoy a tranquil time, which helps you rejuvinate. Opt for TMI if you want peace and quiet and want to get lost in a natural beauty.i think every one gose to manali ones a life its realy jannanananant, The hotel is good with good food just at the entrance of Manali. The service is good too. The best hotel in Manali. Rooms and bathrooms were clean.

A Great Trip to Manali

This is the worst hotel, I ever stayed in.. Dirty rooms, no proper room service, they provide you basic things only after asking.
Hotel donot have power back up, we have spent approx 2 hours without electricity.
Dirty bathroom, bedsheets and blankets and they charge you full amount at the time of check in so you don't left with much of a option.
Please don't select this hotel.

Hotel review

Pathetic hotel. Suresh gill is manager who is mannerless . GUYS Never visit there. The rooms are untidy and very small in size. Manager is very rude with girls. This is my suggestion not to visit this hotel never ever. Request to all not to visit this hotel.

Bad experience.

Very bad and unpleasant experience. Hotel staff is ungreatful and none of the staff members are actually bothered to address the issues. There was no water supply and frequent power cuts. The TV didn't work even after frequently highlighting this to the hotel staff, I neither got to tv fixed and no water. 
Don't book... Stay away from this place if you want to have a pleasant stay in Manali

Bad Experience

Worst ever experience had as the hotel staff is not great I came with four of my friends with a booking through booking.com and he told this is not a valid one...
At the night upon arrival the owners blocked the number of my booking made and  Mr.Vikram kumar who told that the room is available if you pay the double amount if not there then leave even threatened that how can you leave from Manali Alive and even blackmailed us on calls
Even called his complete staff and threatened us at night completely rude and horrible

Worst ever expierience to rude and horrible stafff

First of all we booked the hotel Royal view and when we reached they gave us some different hotel Hadimba palace so please dont go for this hotel there is no proper management even hotel staff was saying manager is not good. Pathetic service they spoiled our new year while booking the hotel manager was saying they will provide bone fire there will be arrangements for new year but at the time of arrangement there was nothing. They called some localites they started smoking hukka there which was not good for family oriented people. It does not stop here in breakfast they served aloo ka paratha and it was full of mud because they did not wash the potato properly we returned it. In dinner we ordered something they gave something. At last at the time of check out they said that they will give us discount if we give them rating excellent. I would not recommend any one to stay here

Pathetic service don't book this hotel

We booked this hotel long ago and received confirmation.but when we reached they said a big group had booked for a higher rate and forcefully transferred us to a very cheap low grade hotel without basic facilities like water or blankets .the difference amount was not paid back.and when we asked the proprietor started arguing. They are cheaters. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

I had been there on honeymoon first visit , worst hotel no breakfast given as it was with my booking they told me that now it's too late ND we r preparing for lunch, idoits if am having complimentary breakfast with room and on first day checking-in at 12 then why u would not provide, den after that no electricity, inverter went off,no hot water, had to change on the first night only to a nearby resort ,but make my trip saved me as they changed it without any charge
