We were there for a day stay.. 
location,staffs,ambience was good and seems to be renovated now after our visit. Will try hitting there again soon maybe for stay with my family this time. Shall post new review once i revisit..

Decent resort

I booked it from make my trip, which mentioned hotel had a bar but bar was closed six months ago, there was no tandoori item available, not even a cold coffee, in short it feel they were closing the hotel soon

Not worth it 

Went for lunch at the hotel. Buffet was ongoing at rate of 450/- + taxes. Food was hardly appealing. When I asked for ala carte options, I was almost refused stating it would take half an hour. I had the option of taking any food on ala carte basis from the buffet. Wanted a pepsi but that had also gone out of stock. Wanted to have a look at one of the rooms for future visit – but was politely refused as none of them were clean – even though hotel was half full. Overall an average experience at a place that could have offered more.

Average Lunch at Eco Hotel

This is a normal resort. Restaurant is ok category. We were in the doom type room. Not so exiting. Don't  expect too much. Swimming pool is average. Sport activity is not that much. Childrens park was not maintained.

Expected more but that is not the case

This place used to be A ITDC property , later bought by Sterling resorts , now it is INDECO , The property is close to the main Shore temple , Good parking place , Food is average , staff ok Ok . Place needs an improvement 

Good location , unutilized

Amazing Place. Bristish Colonian Coffee Estate. Carefully Restored, maintained and Run by a young couple. With delicious food and great ambience. Staff is very well trained and helpful. Excellent veiw of the sun riseing over coffee estate.

InDeco is an amazing idea--- half local history half a beautiful social experiment to help people and animals. This property is not as fabulously interesting as the original InDeco at Swamimalai although fun and funky, and the food is superior. The location-- within seeing distance of the Shore Temple-- can't be beat for seeing the Pallava monuments in Mamalapuram/ Mahabalipuram.

Rooms picture are very deceptive,  room conditions   bedsheet were in poor condition conpared to the charges

Below Average

My colleagues and I were attending a conference at a nearby hotel. The staff here are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble..they will go the extra mile for you. This is not a modern hotel but it is very quirky and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, thank you

Quirky and fantastic staff

Enjoyed our stay. The place is a bit old fashioned and a bit quaint. It has attractive grounds, good pool and is well located. Staff were friendly and helpful.
