I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which contributed to a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is within walking distance to the Hazratganj shopping area and also close to the metro station. This made it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle. I found it to be a great value for the money.

Great Value Stay

Went for leisure trip with friends.
Rooms are small compared to pictures.
There was marriage and loud music despite repeated calls to reception they did nothing to stop it.
Had buffet breakfast which was pathetic and unhygienic and landed in hospital.

From Hotel to Hospital 

My Arif Castles stay was extremely unpleasant for following reasons. I would highly discourage others to use this hotel until the hotel management takes steps to resolve the issues.

Issues I faced:
- Except for the bed, the room and bathroom were clearly not cleaned AL ALL. I found lots of dust on the room floor, dust and body hair in bathroom and sticky countertops in the room. I will share the photos of the same. 

- Apart from these, there was a constant unpleasant smell, the smell you would find when cleaning has not been done for a long period of time. 

- There was water leaking from toilet flush. 

- Windows were not closable. This can be found in the photo I share.

- I complained these to the hotel front desk. They promised that housekeeping would come clean the room, but no on e showed up.

Would never stay after the unpleasant experience I had - Very dirty rooms.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to all the visitors to opt for this property. The ambience, the staff and above all the location is perfect. I will always make it a point to stay at this property

Arif Castle Hotel, Hazaratganj

We stayed at this property during a wedding. The place is well maintained and comfortable. The staff is courteous. Ordered some food as room service. The food was good. The breakfast buffet was quite elaborate and good. Though the service was a little slow. The rooms were neat and clean with minimal but classy interiors. Also the hotel is a good choice for those looking for some shopping as hazratganj market is nearby and also  chowk. 

Comfortable place 

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is polite and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was average with variety of north Indian, south Indian choices. Service is average. The combo menu offers displayed at reception are misleading and surprisingly are not available.

Good Business Hotel

Experienced absolutely pathetic response from team. Requested for menu card which was not there in room and it took 35 minutes to deliver the menu card. People were passing to here and there. Ridiculous staff and very unprofessionals team. 
Never ever will atay at this place. 
Not recommended at all. 
Management is least bothered to reaponse their customers and no commen sense at all.

Please don't stay at this place.

Pathetic Services at Hotel...Worst Place

Good , smart hotel away from hustle bustle of the city yet not far away . Central mall and lot of eatery at a walking distance . Intelligent lighting system in the room and has a powerful Daikin ac . Wash room is neat clean with clean towels . This is not a big hotel but would definitely recommend to solo business travelers. Ther is no buffet breakfast but make good galwati kebabs . Stayed in room no 105 , very good and sunny ...Mr Zahid the front office manger and Mr Joshi was too courteous.

The Hotel and rooms are well maintained and clean. I was there for a engagement party.
The Rooms are modern with all the facilities and reasonably priced. Good tasye of food
Close to PVR Saharaganj.
But
Room Service is too slow and the staff least bothered. The rooms are bit smaller.

Overall i would say the hotel property is good and well maintained but the staff needs to be a bit more customer eccentric. Ok to stay for short duration.

Ok for short period

Just an average property. Only plus point is the location. Average food.
Rooms are very small,poorly maintained bathrooms.Even room cooling is doubtful.

Front desk staff is good.

For next Lucknow visit would look for other properties.
