I booked this hotel for travel in last week of Dec during November through Agoda.  I had a family of 4 people with kid and a senior citizen. when I went to the hotel, I was told that the room was not available though I had paid for it completely in advance. I had to scramble at last minute and make alternate arrangement by my self. As other reviewers pointed out the location is  busy and there is no adequate parking. I did not stay in this place but the booking experience and  being turned down was bad enough

I gave 1 * since there is no option to give a lesser number in trip advisor

You name it and they dont have it. All the picture that they have shared on the site is photo shopped. Stinky rooms, No parking space, No hot water, only good thing about the place is that they have their own restaurant which is good. My recommendation even if you dont have choices do try this.

Don't Even Try

We went their with lack of choices. But the rooms are shabby & they don't have hot water.. To name, they don't have anything their. To call it as a room is a disrepute to the word itself. Straight recommendation to one and all, don't dare to go there.

Worst of the worst

we stayed 2 nights with family at MAX Homes.  We were really impressed with the location and price.  We recommend this  home stay  for family with children to enjoy the beauty of of the forest in an affordable price.  For sure you cannot compare with a star hotel.  An added advantage is that the we could enjoy the world class pizza from the same building.
