Its a very good accommodation, neat and clean, near to allen Institute (1.5 km) having kettle,  microwave, toaster and refrigerator in each room,  big size television and very good room service. 
There is also a lift in this hotel  They   also provide breakfast but limited quantity like they served poha and 2 bread pakodas with tea in between 9 to 9.30 a.m. There beds are on little smaller side so if you have kids with you than you can't adjust yourself in one bed.
I will definitely stay again on my next visit.

#  Located near Resonance, behind commerce college. But far away from Allen(1.5 km)

#  All rooms are studio type fitted with fridge, microwave, tea kettle and a kitchen shelf.

#  Rooms and bathrooms are not well maintained. Go and personally ask for clean linens

#  The complimentary breakfast is useless. Do not even try.

# The staff is not at all cooperative. They do not allow even one hour of extra stay beyond 24 hours is stay

No Frill Hotel for parents

Location - 15 minutes from station. Less than a km away from Resonance / City Mall. 
Room (executive) was comfortable, the bed not being king sized but enough for two. Bathroom - nothing great but clean and okay. Best part was at this price they have provided tea kettle, tea/coffee items, a freeze, a small microwave (now who gives these facilities in a budget hotel) and a small wash basin sink. The service was satisfactory but my repeated request for a glass of milk was never supplied though the reception guy would say it was on the way every time I called..
Had free wi-fi also.
The only downside is they do not have a restaurant. Breakfast is complimentary but is fixed menu which is outsourced - like parathas, poha etc. 
Overall - comfortable stay for a budget hotel.

Value for money

I stayed in this hotel 3 or 4 times. 
It is close to the student coaching areas but a little far from the main market. 
Overall the Hotel is Good. Clean.. and staff is friendly.
It ha mall near by hence dining is not an issue. 
You can also make food in the room itself as equipments are provided. like microwave

Decent Hotel

We booked the hotel through GOIBIBO site for three days and since have pad full amount have to stay in worst hotel with poor services and food quality with family. Our experience was very bad but have no choice as full amount was paid...At the cost of approx 2000INR the rooms & services was unsatisfactory.
