This is our second stay at Hotel Imperial,First stay was in 2018. We mistakenly had booked another hotel after looking at reviews by regretting big time and thus checked out next morning to check in at Hotel Imperial.

Best Room in budget range and being a budget traveller we seek two basic amenities which Hotel Imperial fulfills. Clean bed to Sleep and Clean Bathroom and we are not disappointed by Hotel Imperial.

Will visit again and recommend to everyone looking for budget hotel price with clean rooms

The stay was more than perfect, I've ever expected. Service quality was awesome and delivered on time. Just want to mention the behavior of the staff, they treated us like every customer has ever wanted. Rooms were clean and hygeinic. Hotel ameneties were good as everything of need was available here even wifi too, which is rare. here in Katra. The quality of food was awesome and their price too. Overall I really enjoyed being here. Would recommend this to everyone who is looking for quality services and in good price.

Wl maintained new property,Best location walking distance from railway station,room service and food is good,cordial staff,suitable for couple and family also.restaurant need to improve..and wifi available in reception area only. Paid taxi service available for Banganga Drop and pick up....

Good hotel. Near to the Shrine, Clean, good staff .Food options are less and not upto the mark. Only the flooring needs to be carpeted as it gets too cold in winters.teh premises is clean and good. Service is very very good

Good Hotel

Good hotel but in online i booked for 3 beds and paid also when i check n they told 3 beds not available and provided only extra matress when paid 3 beds they least bothered at last owner provided extramattress on argument

Katrahotel

We stayed here with my family in May 1st week. Very Rude staff. They didn't have hot water which delayed our Darshan by more than an hour. Later the pick up drop option that they promised later turned into arguments as the hotel staff says it's not a right and is purely depending on their privilege. Driver is also very grumpy. I would recommend to stay in the irctc hotel which is very new and offers all good facilities with free pick up drop. It's right in the railway station.

Worst experience of our stay

We went to Katra for Vaishno Devi Darsha and booked rooms for our family for 1 night. The rooms that they gave us were full of dust. The moment we turned the fan on more dust showered on us and everyone started sneezing and rushed out of the room. We asked the front desk to change and got a rude reply that they will change if we insist. Other room that they provided was equally miserable. Corridors were dirty. It looks like a property that was well-built but poorly maintained. Lousy staff. Rude front desk who don't even know the spelling of hospitality. My parents arrived early on the way back from Darshan. They are both senior citizens and had to take a pony to get down from the hill. They arrived hotel early than us. They needed a place to rest and asked for a room for a few hours on a payment basis. Hotel staff denied their requests and they had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. My worst stay ever. Please do not book this place if you want to have a memorable vacation, good memories I mean.
