75 reviewsWe stayed with our teenage children and aged parents from 3rd October to 5th October 21. I must say in low to medium budget this hotel provides all comfort. From reception to staff everyone is extremely cooperative and always ready to help. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. The bathroom is spacious and kept clean. The curtains, lilen all were spotless and fresh. Also the King size bed can easily accommodate 3 adults without any extra mattress. Finally the restaurant provides very tasty food, we tried both Indian as well as Chinese ( remember you don't get non-veg or even onion is not used for cooking for guests at Katra) still the food tasted very nice. Only down side if I could mention one is the the location is bit away (3 mins drive) from the main market area, but again hotel has a vehicle they are always ready for pick up and drop if you want to go for shopping. Pick up and drop to and from Banganga or Helipad ( Yatra start point) is also complimentary. My overall experience with this hotel is excellent
