It's difficult to express in words the heavenly view from hotel..You must go and see the beauty by your own.Nothing can provide you a better location than this.The service of the hotel is very very good(We really felt like a home).The care taker Mr. Prabir is such a good human being who address each and every problem of his guests very promptly with a solution.I went with my family and everyone from my family was such pleased that they are willing to visit the place again in the next year.
Room recommendation - 204(Delux) and 205(Executive)

Cons:
There is no marketplace nearby and everytime for anything you need you have to go to Kalimpong market which is almost 600/- INR from hotel by hotel car. So better keep all necessary things with you.

Tranquil, beautiful and a great place to stay. Friendly staff and a huge room to stay. It was a true delight. Stayed there for 5 nights. Situated high up in the hill edge and Kanchenjanga can be viewed from here as well

Nothing can be better than this in Deolo..

Excellent location

As far as the location is concerned it is unbeatable..its literally your home in the clouds. But to cal lit a resort is terribly misleading.The bed linen was torn and the blankets were stinking.The bathroom was tiny and the bucket and mug was so dirty that we didn't even bother to have a bath. The front desk was least bothered even after our repeated complaints!!

Terrible Experience!!

This place is admirable for its stunning view. It is lovely to sit and enjoy on its balcony in one of the delux rooms. However, it is extremely isolated so that you will have to book a car for at least Rs600 to even get to a place where you can buy food, cold drinks, medicines (anything at all!). So you will be entirely cut off and most local drivers would not know the roller-coaster way to the hotel unless you book the car through the hotel. The worst and most unpredictable thing about the resort is that there is zero room service or any service at all! You will be refused tea/coffee at practically all times and food options are close to nothing. What they cook is decent enough but you have to order early and will still be refused most things. Ashish, a lovely fellow, helped us with service and the cleaning staff was cooperative and regular. But beyond that it was a terrible experience getting any sort of basic beverage at any but the most limited times through the day. You have to run down two floors to get the staff to hear you. And there is no in-house restrobar or internet (forget about free internet!) as the posting claims. There is, of course, no breakfast included.

Very bad service, excellent view

The resort is very far from the city, you will not find any shop nearby, whatever food/drink/snacks you will have to purchase from resort only at higher prices, e,g. they charge tea @ 30/- and water @30/- my package include tea/coffee along with hygienic water but they didn't provide and insisted me to buy from them, they don't have separate kitchen for veg and non-veg, my booking was through Yatra.com, but I cant provide my feedback on yatra about the worst experience I had. Yatra booked this hotel for me with the facilities which were not provided. I booked rooms through goibibo and mmt I never faced such challenge. Location on google map was also marked wrong and it was inside city as per google map while as actual it is very far and hill.
