A place where there are a lot of adjacent rooms. Service is average. Small balcony. Bathroom is neat and clean. Food serving area include indoor and outdoor place. Drinks are costly. If you bring liquor bottles from outside, you have to pay additional money if you are drinking from their serving area. 

There is a nice and small swimming pool. A kids pool is also attached. A play ground is there nearby. All total a decent place to hangout with friends.

A decent but crowded place

The location of this place is really good with access to beach. However, their service is really poor. Communication with the staff is also not very great if you dont know Tamil. The staff and the management seems to have serious communication gap. Food is nice but it will take hours to come - even for a glass of lime water.
Overall not worth paying 4k

Highly priced!!

I am not happy with the resort, though it has few pros as well. Let me give the details:

Pros:
- In front of beach.
- Big area and has greenery.

Cons;

- Pathetic room service.
- bedsheets, rooms were dirty, even after we asked them to change, they gave another dirty one.
- No mosquito repellent in room, when asked they said yes we are giving and even after 3 calls they didn't. When I reached the reception, even after I say I called and asked for all out, they were not listening to me and busy with their conversation. When I started shouting , 1 person came with me and gave the all-out.
- Food is not tasty and much expensive.
- Breakfast is not having options, only dosa and omelette. (We preferred swiggy)
- Outside the rooms there was bunch of dirty sheets kept.

This property can be maintained a well but not sure what is the problem with them.

Not good experience with this resort

Its an average place and requires overall improvement. service at their restaurant takes way too long and food quality is below average. Management needs to be prepared for breakfast after checking the occupancy level. we stayed for 2 nights and we faced issues during breakfast on both the days.  Rooms are average  

Needs overall improvement

I had stayed here on February 10th - 11th,Clearly the worst possible stay for me so far.
1. Bifarcation as beach facing and non beach facing is just hilarios, as clerly no room is beach facing. 

2. service in the Restaturant is terrible, food is good, but the waiters and manager are very terrible, 40 mins to serve tea.

3. Checkin time was not mainatained , checkin time says 12 - 12, but we were alloted rooms at 3.30 in afternoon, and hotel ows zero responsiblity on this.

4. Rooms are decent, but the price they charge are not worth. With the price they charge , one can get way better rooms.

5. Manager / Owner here is the worst possible person that u can share ur grievances with. No attempt to even solve any issue , very rude with customer. 

6. Access to pool and beach is cut after 7 pm. 

All in all not a place worth thee money they charge. Hotel management doesnt care for customers. They have their own customer base, as per my views they have some corporate and college tie up. So they dont care for any other person. 

Receptionist and Watch man , helper staff are very good people.But then because management doesnt care , it doesnt matter.

I recommend people not to even think of staying in this place. Hotel managment needs to understand the importance of hospitality.

Balck mark for Hotel and Hospitality Industry

Me and my Husband stayed there for the 2017 New Year Eve. 
The rooms definitely needs up gradation. The bed sheets were old and the AC in our room wasn't working. When we complained they got it fixed.

Bathroom was big and spacious but lacked amenities. The bucket was leaking.

The food options (in room dining) were limited and wasn't that great.  Breakfast was relatively better.

It is OK for a night stay but there is nothing great about this place.
