I booked the hotel online at a very good price. It is located just opp to Railway Station. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. It had a nice air con with LCD TV and a nice fitted bathroom which as beyond expectations near stations. I met the owner Vikram Singh, he was very helpful along with his staff doing a good job. Nice place with value for money.

Good hotel near Railway Station

Real residency hotel was very near to railway station and main post office. Location of this hotel was great. Rooms was neat and cleaned and spacious. Air conditions and led TV was in each room. Free WiFi also available.

Nice and comfortable stay

This hotel has crossed all the limits to be called as the worst hotel I have ever seen in my whole life. To start with the guy on reception, he was behaving as if he was the prime minister. We had paid the amount of hotel in advance so i had option only to spend that horrible night. As usual they had taken my Aadhar card at the time of check in. When I checked the room, it was stinky, dirty small, unclean toilet. I requested if I can leave the room and the they can charge half of the room fare but he declined. No room service. I somehow spent the night and in morning no breakfast was served though it was booked online at an extra cost. At the time of check out they demanded 500 rupees more and told the price which we had booked at was lesser. Nothing was told at the time of check in. When I denied to pay, Mr jitender on reception to refused to return our Aadhar card and would only return on payment. I decided to talk to hotel owner and I was shocked. I spoke to him over the phone only and he was damn rude. He refused to talk much and asked me to pay extra amount as demanded. It was sheer GUNDAGARDI. I felt so helpless. I could do a lot of things but it was a holiday and I was with my wife and I was recently married. It is a pathetic hotel and this hotel experience haunted me for many days. And OYO has no standard. I logged a complaint with oyo about this incident but it was not attended to at all. God save people from oyo and from hotel real residency. 

Most horrible experience Ever

First thing I want to state that never book hotel through OYO. It is a hopeless company. I was intending to stay in the hotel for 2 nights but wanted to leave same day but could not as I had already paid more than half of the amount to them. The paint on the wall of room was coming out from everywhere. The toilet was so unclean.. Toilet Sheet was yellow and wash basin was very dirty. I asked to clean it and they did but when I checked, it was just the same. The balcony of the room was full of birds poop and was not cleaned for ages. The bedding was smelling bad and blanket seemed unwashed for months. As per the booking app the price of the hotel was 1300 but they didnt allow to me check out n leave until I paid 1750 as it was actual room tariff according to them. The catageory of room was super deluxe which sounded really hilarious looking at the condition of room. The staff at reception specially Mr. Jitender was extremely rude and misbehaved when I talked about overcharge. He said I can leave if I want at 12 pm in the night and he won't refund me anything which I had paid. I spoke to hotel owner on phone and he was not at all helpful and very rude. I had a horrible experience with this hotel. Never in your life book this hotel and specially via OYO. I felt so helpless and insulted here that I cannot explain. I wanted to give zero stars but it didn't have option. Book this hotel only to ruin ur day. 

Pathetic Experience- Never book it

What the hell is this. I booked the property for 2 people and reached at 11:00 PM at the hotel and they said that we will allow only one guest to stay as we have limited water and other resources at hotel. Is this real ? Does such type of hotel exist ? And if exist then why ? Why do not you shut your business down ? Interesting thing happened after argument they did not let me check in and did not refund any money. Never go to such type of properties.
