It was absolutely fantastic staying here at Le Premula hotel, Gangtok, near MG road. 
Rooms here are very beautifully & comfortably designed and staff are also so coooool.
They had all customised my family trip to North Sikkim.
It was landslide there while returning from lachung because of which mobile network was destroyed and the route was blocked.
In that odd situation, they helped be a lot in all respects.

Family trip to Sikkim

Stayed for 4 nights as part of our Sikkim trip. The rooms on the top floor were spacious and had big open veranda with a view. On a clear day you should be able to see Kanchenjunga I believe. The food was good and the staff boys were very cordial and helpful. Please note there is no lift and the guys do a tough job carrying the luggage up each time. The breakfast spread was limited, but got corrected when I pointed it to the management. The hotel has a quick staircase way nearby to reach mg marg which is a huge attraction. Overall had a good stay.

Great stay

I had travelled with family from Sikkim tours and travels. Very courteous staff in Le Primula hotel. Neat and spacious rooms. The hotel is located in the heart of the Gangtok city. Well connected to all the prime visit locations. The staff guides first time visitors with right information.I would always suggest travellers to pick this hotel for your stay.

Sikkim tour in December

I had a trip to Sikkim during the Christmas week of December from Sikkim tours and travels. I had wonderful stay at Le Primula hotel. The hotel staff was very cordial and very helpful. They informed me about all the where abouts around the place. Thank you to the hotel owner who takes personal initiative to ensure the travellers do not have any issues.

Winter tour to Sikkim

Stay was very comfortable. Location is very good. Walkable distance from M.G.Marg. We stayed in the 2nd floor rooms which were very spacious. Not much variety in the breakfast menu, but taste was good. They have not subscribed many channels in the TV.

Comfortable Stay

One of the finest hotels in gangtok. Food is so good and delicious. Rooms are quite big , neat and clean. People work over there are very much well behaved. The hotel is also located at a very convenient area for the tourists. Hope to come again soon.

Gangtok's Le Primula

Overall a bottom three star hotel

Pros:
* Rooms are big.
* Location is very near to Mall Road.
* Helping Staff

Cons:
- Normally Room service not available. even though you already paid for room service.
- Food Order to be given well in advance.
- Shortage of Staff as per Manager.
- Hotel Doors open at 6.00, before that you cant go out.
- Bathrooms not too clean.

Between Good and Average

we stayed  in room no 303 for 3 nights and in room no 304 for one night there at Le Primula during our Sikkim Trip. It is  one of the comfortable hotel to stay in Gangtok

About Property:

Location: Le Primula is centrally located, just 5 min walkable distance from Lively MG Marg. Easily accessible from taxi stand and other major roads.

Rooms: Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, All facilities like comfortable bed, tea kettle, sofa,writing desk, geyser , wifi etc are available.

Bathroom: clean and spacious bathroom, especially we can get hot water in all times, it is required after tired day.

Restaurant and food: Restaurant is good. Especially we tasted  tasty food there. Even though the breakfast with limited items, taste was excellent. The food items are very cheap when comparing with other restaurants. 

Service: Service was excellent and staffs were co-operative during our stay especially the reception guy done great job for timely start of the day during our stay there. As a guest, Only one suggestion to the Le Primula management  is, the body language of the Restaurant desk staffs needs to be groomed more.

Summary: Overall it is the good and comfortable hotel to stay in Gangtok especially for families. Highly Recommending.

SIMPLY AMAZING COMFORTABLE STAY

Once you book the sikkim tour with Travel zone , you will be staying at this hotel at Gangtok.Nice spacious rooms,clean linen.Spacious bathrooms.Decent Restaurant and very close to MG Marg.From the lounge on a clear sunny day you can actually view the majestic Kanchenjunga.

Soothing stay

I visited Gangtok and North Sikkim on 12th March 2019. It's a family tour through Travelzone (Travelzone.sikkim@gmail.com). My experience was excellent even though some of places I missed due to permit issues (bad weather). Tour was well managed by Mr. Arun Bhagat. Hotel Le Primula was a right choice. Mr. Bhagat is such a down to earth person. Special thanks to him for arranging my pick up even if my flight rescheduled thrice. My tour guide (driver) was Mr. Vijoy kumar, he has a pleasant personality that made my tour unforgettable. I will again come to Sikkim and to Le Primula.
