Best place after 4th visit to Gangtok , I traveled for official purpose and as suggested by India Tourism Center of kolkata division I stayed here and what an excellent view with warm hospitality and best clean and luxurious rooms.

Its really good 2 stay...nice food like bengali,nice view room,staff is v.v.well behaved .. mainly Mr. Shib-Manager.homely atmosphere.good budget hotel.8/10 mins from M G Marg.well furnished,all amenities available except Bar.

Overall peaceful place, may be the best peaceful place and easy to go. As most parts of Gangtok you can't go directly by car and you have to take local; taxi from a shabby stand . Horrible to take taxi , but in this Hotel liocality ( Byepass ) you never have to take any taxi as any vehicle can come straight to the hotel and thats really a best part. 1 more thing is that you can see the Himalayas from everywhere of the Hotel which is seldom from most hotels og Gangtok ( too crowded ). I will certainly tell to book through their own Travel Organisation - India Tourism Center - Kolkata , which has more hotels in North East. Clean and services are quite upto 3 Star plus category

Visited Gangtok second time with family after four years. The Hotel is at its same good condition; service quality has not deviated at all. Hotel Manager & stuffs are very well behaved & helpful. Food quality is really good.

Second visit & same good feeling after four years

Rooms are spacious, well lit and clean. Bathroom is moderate. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. However, it'll get 4 out of 5 on foods. Locationwise it's close to MG market and local transports are readily available nearby. Overall it's 3 out of 5. I'd like to recommend others this hotel for a cost-effective stay at Gangtok.

Cozy stay at Gangtok near MG Marg

First of all I would like to tell everybody that this is a guest house... and not a hotel, and hence nobody should be in confusion with the name SIKKIM REGENCY...  the only good thing is that it is its location as it is situated in the main market.  Nothing much to write about..
