Nice and beautiful hotel for a wonderful stay

We stayed here for one night.  The room was painted beautifully in blue.  The front office staff helped me with putting together a plan for the next day with all possible details.  Similarly the admin staff was helpful in getting us an heater and a kettle to our room.  Overall, satisfied with our stay and also great value for money.

Excellent choice in Bikaner

We moved hotels at the last minute due to the state of the prior hotel. The staff quickly accommodated us and found us a room where we stored our luggage whilst we continued with our day tour. On returning they moved us to a larger family room with 3 beds and also moved a fridge into our room.

There was no safe or kettle but these can easily be added and I'm sure they would have found us a kettle if we asked.

The room was spacious enough and the ceiling was decorated beautifully, however some of the light bulbs needed replacing as many had blown.

We had a delicious dinner at the hotel, a little above average price but we enjoyed it. 
Breakfast was simple due to few clientele we had an omelette and jam on toast with tea/coffee. This could be improved.

Overall the hotel was clean and the staff did everything they could considering the last minute arrival.

Last minute hotel switch- good for a night

Lovely building in a central location, room was pretty and the beds were comfortable. It could be improved if the bathrooms were cleaner. 

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty. We ate dinner and breakfast here. I enjoyed the Indian breakfast. 

Nice place to stay 

The hotel was nice, the economy room was ok, the toilet didtn work properly, the bathroow looked old. Nice dining room, the food was good, breakfast could be better , more choise. Overal ok, maybe little too pricy for the comfort of the room. The staff verry friendly and helpful.

Good, but could be better

It was a cheap stay. We booked it for 900 for 2. Considering that, it is good and recommended for short stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was small but enough. Tea was very good. Overall a nice stay.

Good for short stay

Colonial style haveli with large spacious rooms and ensuite bathrooms - airy and clean - situated off central balcony. The hotel is close to the main road, although it is not noticeable when inside, otherwise it is not so conveniently located for walking anywhere. The breakfast dining room is pleasant, although not air conditioned it has fans. Staff were friendly and helpful; they keep two dogs, as the owner is keen on showing and competing horses and dogs.

Spacious, airy, clean rooms

Coming for one night off season. Not impressed about the service and the food at their restaurant didn’t taste anything. The room and the sheets were clean but the towels were worn. It was ok just for one night but would’t choose it for longer stay.

One night in Birkaner

Stayed here for a night ,the place is showy but lacks the warmth and hospitality. One can opt it in summer as rooms are very cold. The staff is ignorant towards the guest request which was quite a surprise compared to other places where we stayed in rajasthan.

Over hyped

This was an average hotel although the room was above average size, but amenities poor example fridge in room broken and contained fungus growth clearly not cleaned recently. Restaurant was located ground floor but food poor standard (but not cheap) and breakfast was to say the least limited. WiFi only available in lobby.
