The perfect stay one can ask for. Evey service from check in to check out was taken care properly . Good studio room with 2 balcony and dinning table also . 5 mins drive from Anjuna beach and 40 mins minimum from Thivim railway station . Cars and bike are easily available outside the hotel

Good room

We had mixed experience while visiting this property recently . We are a senior citizen couple , members of Country Club since long.

First the positives : food was good on the first day of the visit on 4th Sept , tapered off on second day when they had run out of fruit during breakfast , and barely acceptable on the third day . We decided to check out one day early ( we had booked for 4 days with breakfast/dinner meal plan ) but the refund request for meals not taken was turned down.

Now the negatives : property is well constructed but poorly maintained with abysmal standards of service . No phones in the room , reception had to be called on the mobile ( carried by a rude security guard ) . Kitchen staff comes after 8 am , no provision  for early morning tea or coffee.
Hardly any room service . The dishes are not removed for upto 24 hours.

The worst part is the security guard and taxi operator mafia who do not let outside taxi operators pick up from the Hotel . The receptionist does not help in taxi booking and points to the security. They quote exorbitant rates, misguide and force you to see what they want you to see , not what one wants to see. Beware of this threatening nexus !! It is strongly recommended to replace the security and ask him to do what he is supposed to do instead of meddling with and intimidating guests.
Poor management supervision has wasted a good property . Would not like to go again.

The staff was very rude and non-cooperative. Customers are least priority to them. Food was awful. No variety at all for breakfast or any meals. Food lacked taste... Staff couldnt handle the crowd during breakfast. Food trays were always empty at the counters.

We stayed for a celebration in our budget and we find this hotel worth if you are looking in budget again it’s not elegant but when we compare with what we paid was justified and I see there are also working on maintenance hope to see next year more beautiful 

Good place to be with friens

The property badly needs renovation not maintenance. The rooms were poorly lit giving an sad environment feeling within the resort. the dining area too had poor lighting. Food quality is average. It is kind of food one shall eat only in a dire situation definately not on vacation. There rooms had microwave however there were cockroaches in the microwave.

Poorly Maintained Property

We stayed for 3 nights with a group of friends..., poorly maintained old property. I didnt find a single positive aspect..rooms need renovation, the AC was leaking, bed mattress was so old that the springs were poking us when we were sleeping. When we requested for a replacement, the staff flatly refused. The staff was very rude and non-cooperative. Customers are least priority to them. Food was awful. No variety at all for breakfast or any meals. Food lacked taste...only spicy. Staff couldnt handle the crowd during breakfast. Food trays were always empty at the counters. There is nothing to keep people engaged at the hotel. The place cannot be termed as a resort in any way. It gives the feels of staying in a very ordinary multi-storied building. I would never go back to this place even if i have run out of options to stay in Goa

Awful...terrible...pathetic

This hotel is very far from the airport. very far. it is very close to Anjuna beach and we enjoyed it there. better beach than Calangute.Bagha though both of these beaches are also nearer to the hotel. Local transport is very poor and you need to rely on private cars which are very costly. Property is good but the hotel staff's behavior is horrible as if they are running their own property. strict rules (for what god knows). I booked this hotel for 4 days to spend the 10th. marriage anniversary, but the second day we found bed sheet and quilt cover is little dirty ( or somehow wanted a new clean cover as marriage anniversary day, informed the same as to the room service), but simply and rudely said "no, not possible today. we change every 3-4 days. uff!! ). I am a country club member last 9 years and this is the first time I saw this kind of behavior from any of their properties. Food is very good but if you want to order Al-a-carte you will have to wait long as they have fixed timing (even if you are hungry and coming after traveling long distances!!). The receptionist is so bad (and does not know the manner how to talk to the travelers) when we asked for a little early check-in (12:15 pm (check-in time 2 pm) - and the room was available) that my wife got angry about her behavior. 
The Spa service is very good and cheap. me and my wife we did multiple times during our stay. Really good.

Marriage anniversary stay

Country club de Goa is located at Anjuna beach, it is a beautiful picture perfect bridge and swimming pool. It offers Spacious rooms with private balconies. Staff is friendly. Thanks to Vikas, Sanad and Ashish. 

Serene stay by Anjuna 

The property looked shabby. Maintenance was poor to say the least. My booking was inclusive of breakfast. The dining area had no AC. Even crows were entering the dining area and were picking up left overs from the tables!! Food quality was not satisfactory. Location was not great either. It was somewhat away from the beach and had no room with sea facing option.

Decent rooms.
Very co-operative staff. Good service. Swimming pool is well maintained. And they are upgrading rooms too.
Location is very good as it's nearby Anjuna beach.

Restaurant staff is excellent as they took extra effort to help us with Jain food.

I found few negative reviews before my stay. But did not find any issues as such with rooms or pool or service. 

Everything is as expected. Rating it a point less as it needs some upgrade for latest taste.
