Arrogant staff, dirty rooms, noisy all the time. Extremely bad place to stay.....
Lodges near railway station and bus stands, provide better service than them. They don't bother if you have any problems, they just want money out of pockets. 

Worst stay ever

The property is situated on main national highway no. 1. The ambience of the property is very attractive. It seems that the resort has been started very soon and some furniture were is going on. The staff was very cooperative and the rates are very reasonable. We stayed here while going to Spiti Valley via Shimla. The foods supplied by the resort is of very good quality.

A very good resort on main National Highway

The hotels location is good on the main highway. I couldn't see any rooms occupied.... probably we were the only guest there. The rooms looked over priced and service was not good. Hardly I could see any staff. Saving grace food was good.... soup, lovely tandoori aloo paratha, haka noodles.... all were nice but the cook didn't know how to make good north Indian tea. We had to leave for Manali early morning at 7 but no body picking up the room service. I had to go down to order but I was told it will start at 8... however while checking inI was told 7.Not worth the price @2200 with Breakfast  with saving grace location, food. Avoid the place. Visited in March 2018.

Service not upto mark

We arranged a marriage at this place. It was the horrible mistake of our life. While taking the booking the owner promised on high notes, then he kept calling for money. 
On the day of the marriage, the decorations were worst, I could have decorated better for a birthday party than what they did.
The food was served cold, we booked for 300 people and with half the gathering left the food was over. 
There was no one to take the responsibility. The owner transferred the responsibility to Manager, he did to Event organiser who at 10:00 PM shifted the responsibility to a waiter who went missing by 11:30 PM.
After all this the Owner has the guts to call us for balance 20,000. When we tried to contact him to talk about what happened he started avoiding us. 
He gave my number to a worker (tent setter) to ask for wages which was totally unprofessional. We have to reply strictly to these people to get rid of them

MY ADVICE - DO NOT BOOK THE PLACE FOR BIG OCCASIONS OR BE READY FOR HUMILIATION IN FRONT OF YOUR GUESTS

Pathetic Management, Pathetic Arrangements

This resort is located in ambala city on main highway connecting chd and amritsar road. FOOD is good. I think they have improved in year or so. past reviews are bad. But i think they have changed the manager and he is quite polite. Economical place to visit. Dont expect high class facilities.

Average resort. good for small functions

About Manager--Manager was arrogant and always misguide the customer. 

About Food-- Cockroach was there in the Food, Not Proper Preparation, Crockery were cracked from different sides.

About Service --Horrible Experience, no proper Service

Monetary---- Very Expensive according to service, Food and Management.

Moreover i never visit this Hotel Again, i got shivering when i think about the experience in this hotel. 

I request Please not visit in this Hotel.
