Nice cosy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff (not sure about their foreign language skills as we spoke Hungarian) Close to the water park and Zoo. Near a pretty playground which is great for kids. Ideal for a romantic walk around a nearby lake for couples and families alike. Well recommended their half board package. Great value for money! Free entry to the water park and spa which is an excellent benefit.

The Room had non functioning Air Conditioning,
Had no hot water for shower
Had stained carpets afraid to step on
Unable to change  rooms  and for this  we paid full price-Unjust
Not one penny discount for this condition
Avoid this place
also when this place opened two years ago  no shower curtain for tub still no curtain
real class   do you need it , then go for it. i don't  want any one else to suffer this way

Disgusting, Unsafe health Standards

We only had our family dinner in there lovely service friendly staff affordable prices. They've got trampoline in their garden so children was oppupied while waiting for dinner. Would recommend to anyone.

Very clean and modern rooms.
Tasty breakfast with a great selection of items (boiled and scrambled eggs, french toast, cold cuts and different cheeses, cereals and many more). 
Direct entry to the spa and pools.
Walking distance to the zoo.
Good communication in English with the front desk staff.
Bike rental available.

Excelent hotel

It was a great experience to know a lovely crew, in a nice place, with a perfect service. The food is excellent, the bath is just a 10 minutes walk. The neighbourhood is lovely, and the Zoo is great too.

A cool place

This hotel in the popular recreational are of Sóstófürdő (outskirts of of Nyíregyháza) could have been a great hotel, instead, it is a missed opportunity. The back yard is under construction with workers and machines making noise during the day. There is not always free parking space available in the private parking lot of the hotel. The hotel restaurant does not serve anything else then fried meat dishes. The room was not cleaned during our stay (although, they did change the garbage bin). On the plus side, the staff is really friendly and polite, and the location is also really good. To summarize, this hotel was far very expensive for flaws described above.

Missed opportunity

Unfortunately cannot recommend that place. It's kind of pension around 10 min by car from the city center. They do not offer breakfasts, so you need to take care of it by yourself. Shocking - payment possible by cash only (no credit cards). Service not too friendly. Good thing is that Aqua Park is just next to the building but nearest entrance is few minutes walk, or max 5 by car. I will not go there again.
