Overcome all dreams, this place is magique.
The service and contact with landlady is perfect and the blue landscape is unique.
Sea view with beautiful island directly seen from the pool. 
Recommendation with no regret.

Paradise beauty island

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is NOT how they advertise, we had no electricity for a while, the WiFi is complete rubbish. Its way too slow to do anything. They didnt even know the wifi password of their other wifi. 
It is not near the coast like they pretend it to be, but it it 3km up the hill. 
The mattress you sleep on is with metal springs like from the 1950's. We had to steal matrasses from the swimming pool beds to put on our beds just to have a bit of sleep.
There is nothing in the kitchen to cook with like salt or a cutting knife or olive oil so you are not cooking there. 
The shower is absolute rubbish. It is a very small area and the water that comes out of the shower is very salty. The place flooded 2 times for us. 

Some advice for the owners: You should book this house for 4 days and see what is all wrong before further renting out the place again.  

THIS IS A RIP OFF!! WARNING! DO NOT RENT THIS! I CANT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH! !

100 little problems in 1 place make this a terrible place to rent.

We stayed here as two family’s of four occupying the villa and premium villa firstly I will start by saying we only paid around €600 for a week which given the time of year is great value. Yes there are some negatives and niggles with the villas such as the shower head holders were broken in the villa, the shower screen was broken and items which I had checked would be there on arrival such as iron were not, having said that when raised with the management company some of these were rectified and in no way spoilt the holiday. The villas a brilliant for  size in my opinion the villa had a far better view than the premium villa, bedrooms great size and air con fab!!

Do not stay at this villa expecting to stroll for a bite to eat or drink a car is essential which we knew prior to arrival as we have stayed in the area before.

The views are stunning and something you will never tire of the local port is brilliant although small it remains relatively unspoilt which I love.

Tip - travel around and see the sights and little coves they are beautiful!! 

Stunning Views in a beautiful location  

Aktipi Studios offer excellent retreat for a mediterrane holiday in a spaceous estate in an olive grove above the overcrowded beaches. The rural mountain ambiente is provided by the rocky landscape with cypresses and olive trees and sheeps and cows belling homewards, but the estate itself has a charming villa ambiente with breathtaking seaview down to the little island surrounded by the bay and port of Agios Nikolaos. The common pool with childrens paddling and sun terrace is great, spaceous and very friendly inviting for swimming, resting or playing, adjoined with bbq place and dining patio. The apartment #2 we had is located perfectly (close to the pool, best view to bay), the arrangement is lovely (nice terrace all over, breezy windows no need for airco). It offered basic comfort and could be better equipped and outfitted (bathrooms are really basic) but, it was O.K. for 5 days. The reception could be better organized.

Rural medterrain retreat with heavenly panorama

They were nice enough to book a ride for us to the villa from the airport. When we got there we were checked in by a lady who literally walked us to the villa and said yeah this is the kitchen bedroom and bathroom and then left. We were quit stunned at how fast she left but when in Greece. 

We originally didn't get a car because we thought the Port was really close. But omg was it not! We walked for 2.5km down and steep hill and we decided to rent a car to get back up. We rented from a company which was tied into the shipwreck boats. I was lucky that I spoke Greek and they treated me like family. Don't know how others will go if you only speak English or other language. 

The person who messaged us for everything ended up showing up at 9pm that night and told us which shop at the Port was theirs and how you get 10% discount. You also pay for the accomodation if not yet paid for there. At least she said hi and gave her number if we needed anything. 

The pool was clean for a day but the winds picked up and it was dirty the next, but that's because there are A LOT of trees around. So don't worry about it. 

We had the top villa and the view was amazing! Fridge is good for water you would have bought from the supermarket (6 2L bottles for 3 euro is cheap might I add). The place felt like home to me as it felt and smelt like my grandmas house (who is Greek). Bed was perfect and I slept like a log. 

The Port is made up of locals, I would recommend a restaurant called Nisi which has only been there for 3 years but is run by a lovely Greek family and the food is very traditional compared to other restaurants nearby. The Port also has a beach that gets filled with people but it's not over filled. You do also get some tour busses coming through but it's pretty much a quiet place which is nice. 

Overall it was a great 3 day stay. Might be on the expensive side but still really great! 

Great place but far from Port 

2 days 320 euros.it is not near the port as they show on the map(3 KLM UP THE HILL)their fully equiped kitchen has not even salt.the tv is not working only if you have your own dvd movies.water pressure at shower poor and the temperature of the warer very unstable.you have to buy everything from their market which provides you (10% discount).wifi very bad.only nice about this place is the view and the dirty pool.cleaning lady never came in 2 days and if we had stayed longer i bet she still wouldnt show.owner foreign and very rude.dont trust anything they say.
