Amazing rooms and in general the surrounding area with garden swimming pool etc. Both moschoula and her family are super friendly.Amazing handmade breakfast every morning and fresh milk. Will definetely return on this one!

Close to the port and to the bus station.Lovely view from the balcony. Unfortunately it was not the cleanest place, and the cleaning lady kept forgetting things almost every day.The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Good enough for the price

The location was convenient, near to the port ,and the room was very clean  ,but it was much smaller then it seemed in the photos. The owners and the rest of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay with very friendly owners and staff but beside we asked for a double bed we had two separates. Also despite the fact that the cleaning lady cleaned our room every morning the last night we saw a cockroach.

A horrible overall experience that luckily only lasted for 24 hours as we immediately found another accommodation. It is hard to choose if the room or the service was worse We arrived early and been told the room is not ready but we can leave our luggage securely. Upon our return in the afternoon we found our belongings completely unattended and nobody on site. After a bit of checking online we finally found a telephone number of the owner who said she will send someone. Few minutes later her13 year old daughter arrived, clearly in a bad mood. She took us to the room that was a basement with a prison cell window (10cmX10cm) and a bed at an attic I could hardly crawl (half a meter from the ceiling). A 200 euro a night room that normally should not be let.I asked if they have another room and that this is not what we have seen in the hotel.com room description pictures we have booked. With no empathy whatsoever, clearly in a hurry, she said this is your room type and unwillingly answered all other questions we had. When I called her mother she said she doesn’t know if they have another room and that she is now busy…We exchanged a couple of messages  thereafter and agreed to leave. At check out we had the other daughter harassing while packing our stuff, to ensure we pay as if we are a thief.The entire stay felt like a bad dream. As a Greek I felt ashamed that people like this represent our hospitality

AVOID!

Booked here after looking at a few on booking.com . Firstly you do not get a transfer you have to struggle to find the travel agency to pay for room then they take you to the soulis,  note the travel agency is not with the others at the port is on the way out of adamas. 
On arriving at property you have to go up steep track it seems to be in a very poor residential area. 
The room was ok in size and as I had paid for sea view the balcony which was very small enough to edge out and sit in a rickety chair but no from for anything else, the view was beautiful though. 
Everything is very dated, when I opened the cupboard for a glass there was a half empty water bottle and dirty crockery. The bathroom is also very dated and toilet doesn't always flush.
I did look for the reception but nobody was ever there so you don't actually meet any of "The family "
There's not alot around the rooms and it's a 10 min walk to any shops.
The rooms were "cleaned daily" towels were provided but they were far from white and not changed during stay.
Would I stay here again - NO
