The room is spacious and has everything you need. The beds have a very thin, hard mattress; you may need to request an extra mattress topper. The balcony is lovely at night to have a drink and snack. The hotel manager, George, is the most friendly and accommodating person we met on our trip. He went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable. There was a water outage in the town, and he gave us bottles of water to use for washing. He gave us extra mattress padding because the bed was too hard for us. He gave us a tomato on a Sunday when all the groceries are closed. He's just a very friendly and conscientious person. We will miss him and his cute cat.

Upon arrival we where greeted with smiles and a friendly atmosphere that put us at ease after a long day travelling. 

The room and bathroom was a great size. The bed very comfortable, if you like a firm mattress, sheets where changed regularly and the whole room was cleaned daily. We were given a balcony which was lovely to eat breakfast on, as well as hang up wet swimming gear. 

The hotel is nicely situated outside the main town resulting in quite nights but close enough to enjoy the local amenities. 

All in all we really loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. 

Perfect stayed, the room are clean and spacious, with every day cleaning service the owner is very kind and attentive and always ready for any need. The location is just perfect, with just few minutes walking from the port of Adamas. Highly reccomended.

Been traveling for the past 2 months and can honestly say that Tina's are the best we stayed in!

Fantastic staff, alexandros is so friendly and helpful.the cleaning lady is amazing...never stayed anywhere so clean with fresh fluffy towels changed every day .
We had a studio apartment and it was so spacious with as much storage space as we have in our bedroom at home. Kitchen very well equipped and very spacious.
In a quiet and peaceful location but close to shops restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again when back in Milos.

Greeted by very friendly staff and we were welcomed into into a very clean apartment with super comfortable beds sparkling white sheets and a very comfortable pillow much needed after our long trip.
The apartment came with a very modern bathroom everything cleaned and a very workable kitchen plenty room for three of us and a beautiful garden to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning.
I would definitely stay here again the surrounding area had an amazing Bakery with again very warm friendly people.
The coastal Beach is only about 25 kilometers away..
They did tell us they are working on upgrading their breakfast selection which was not an issue for us as it was very close to the airport and we were leaving early anyway.
Do not let the lobby that you first enter put you off that also needs a bit of an upgrade but as far as everything else it was first class.

Alexandros and Tina run a lovely place to stay close to restaurants and the harbour and front room balconies have a view of the sea. The hotel rooms are large and clean and spacious, ours even had a large fireplace so it had alot of character. Rooms are very reasonable rate even in peak season. I would recommend this place over all others.

Absolutely loved it here.  Me and my partner arrived at the airport with nowhere to go and Tina was incredibly helpful and empathetic.  She organised a free transfer instantly to the hotel and we were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived.  The whole apartment was just €60 and we got wifi, air con, breakfast, and free water.  We were astonished.  Also, the driver was really kind and friendly.  Also they took us back to the airport for free, and perfectly on time.

The reviews suggest a great place.

I beg to differ.

Arrived at Athens airport and tried to connect via Whatsapp.  Many calls went unanswered.  Had to go buy a 4Euro phone card to connect.

Just as I got to the payphone, Tina's called me.  

Lady said I'd be collected in 5 minutes and I MUST wait outside door number 5 and look for the driver in a red hat.  After 15 minutes, I called to find the driver had come, picked up others inside and didn't even come outside with a red hat!  I was then told I would have to wait another 10 minutes!  Eventually the driver arrived with a red CAP!!!!

After nearly 3/4 hour, I was finally at reception.

While the room was clean, and did not let any aircraft noise inside, it was vastly different to the pictures.

The bedroom was VERY SMALL.  The bedroom door swung closed very quickly and couldn't be left open.  The aircon was not in the bedroom.  The bed was OK.

The bathroom was smallish, and the shower had no screen - meaning water was splashed all over the floor!  There was no soap, only that chemical rubbish in a dispenser.

The kitchen was but a small bench and a fridge!

The sofa was not for sitting on as it was made into a bed.

If you intend using Tina's, make sure you have a map of the location at the airport where the driver will ACTUALLY collect you.  

Also, when arriving at the terminal send a message to Tina's that you have landed as soon as you get wifi.  Then, once you have cleared passport control, then call.
