Fantastic holiday! The villa was perfect for our family of 4. Comfy beds. Clean and spacious living area with kitchen. Fabulous big pool with plenty of sun loungers. 
Short walk to the bus stop and lovely beach. Loads of restaurants close by. Michael and his wife are so lovely and made us so welcome. Would definitely return. X

Fabulous Villa

Gorgeous villa we visited with 8 friends. Set in spacious grounds with huge private swimming pool. Location is great with shop, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Michael and his wife (the hosts) were very friendly and accommodating would highly recommend.

Gorgeous villa with huge private pool in great location

A fantastic gem of a villa located in a tranquil location only a few minutes walk from the beach.  The pool area is excellent and spotlessly clean as is the villa.  Michael and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful and were extremely proud of their lovely property.  Would recommend you book direct with him for the best deal!  He meets you at the airport and drops you back too so car hire is not needed.
The beach at Troulos is lovely and clean with crystal clear water and a few options to hire a couple of sunbeds and parasol for the day for about $8.  There are a few tavernas on the beach as well as several dotted around the area offering typical  Greek meals at reasonable prices.
The bus stop no. 20 is just down the road from the villa and take you to either Koukanaries or into Skiathos Town for only $2 per trip - again no need for car hire.  
The whole island is extremely welcoming and is very beautiful with pine clad hills and stunning blue flag beaches offering peace and beauty.  If you are seeking a truly magical place then Skiathos, Troulos and Parisis Villas will offer this.

A gem of a find

Well what a fabulous find this was. We have been to troulos in the past and stayed in a hotel. 
Micheal the owner contacted us prior to our visit it to arrange pick up to the villa, and he brought us back. All included in the price.

Pool was amazing and plenty of seating areas and lounges. 2 villas together but you had your own area and privacy. This would be ideal for 2 families or friends together. 

Traditional furniture inside the villa. Living room and kitchen as you go in. Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Shower and toilet. Then another toilet and sink on the same level. 

Upstairs a double bedroom with shower and toilet. Plenty of clean towels and the cleaning ladies came and changed the beds and cleaned twice. Air conditioning in each bedroom yes there was a cockerel in the field somewhere but that didn’t bother us at all, and believe me I hate noises.

10 minute drive from the airport on the coast road. Buses run from the port every 15mins. Dropping you off at restaurants beaches villages. 2 euros each to wherever you wanted. Really not worth hiring a car. Each bus stop has a number. Our villas stop was number 20. 

Troulos beach amazing and lovely tavernas. Expect to pay 3.50 euros for a large lager .you really don’t have to leave Troulos if you don’t want.

skiathos  is brilliant especially on a night. People watching. Open cinema is a must. 12 euros. Check the board outside for showings. As cheesy as it is you should go. It’s on the Main Street skiathos.

Perfect

Great villa, clean and well kept, with everything you need.  The villa is in a great location, quiet but close to good restaurants (we recommend Nectar & Ambrosia), the lovely sandy beach at Troulos, small shops and the bus stop which will take you along the coast road from Skiathos Town or Koukounares Beach. The best aspects of the place were the warm welcome from Michael & Mina and the swimming pool which we often had all to ourselves. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa with swimming pool

The accommodation was top notch with everything you need. Far enough from the busy road, yet close to the beach and a great gyros shop. 

Fantastic pool with different areas to eat and relax. Plenty of shade. Cleaned twice during the seven days.

A couple of niggles - the beds had very thin mattresses and were pretty uncomfortable. And the neighbouring properties have a couple of very noisy cockerels which crowed throughout the day and night. Didn't spoil our holiday, but thought it worth mentioning. 

The owner Michael was lovely and arranged transport to and from the airport. 

Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant week

The villa was clean, pleasant and well equipped (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, TV with satellite channels, DVD player, excellent wi-fi connection, a/c in both bedrooms). The highlight is the lovely clean and good sized swimming pool shared only with one other villa.  Our hosts were extremely helpful, hard-working and friendly, even giving us a lift to and from the airport. Location is quiet yet only a few minutes walk from sandy Troulos beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the bus stop connecting you to the main town.

Delighful villa in Troulos

We stayed at the villa from 16th-23rd July. What a lovely place. Everything was superb and we were lucky as we had the whole swimming pool to ourselves as the 2nd villa was unoccupied for 6 days! Would definitely recommend this place. Would be good to book both villas if you can. 
Michael, the owner was very helpful. Nothing was ever a problem to him. 
The cleaning was of the highest quality too. 
All in all, a great place to stay. 



Excellent 

Dear travellers, 

Since  2010, we come every summer to Skaithos and we stay at the
Parisis Villas. This is a group of two villas in Troulos that have 
5* quality standards. The place is excellent!  The villa has three levels
 where you can find two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. 
Outside there is a swimming pool and space for barbacue and 
parking.  It is 5min away from the beach.  The place is quiet and
meets all standards: internet access, satellite TV, etc. 
The owner has become a friend after these years. He is so for
every tourist that stays at his place. He welcomes warmly and 
he stay always ready to  help. We hope we come back next  year!

Excellent place for your stay in Skiathos

Micheal the owner collected us at the airport  to take us to the villa  ,situated in a large plot of land and very private with a infinity pool.A short walk to local shops ,restaurants and the bus stop that runs every 20 minutes.A .small galley type kitchen not used as ate out all the time except for breakfasts.Perfect location for couples with children,particuarly using both villas for friends or family.Cleaners in every other day and changes of linen .Micheal  a most genial host ,took us back to the airport for our return.Would like to say a quickie re Tui airline ,in spite of the current media headlines ,left and returned on time.
