I had made a reservation before the pandemic. After the pandemic, I wrote to them several times and explained that I couldn't go because borders are closed. I asked if I can get a payment from my reservation fee. Unfortunately, I didn't get any replies. I tried again and again but they didn't care. I tried to call them and they said they don't care about the pandemic or closed borders, if I could not be there, they won't pay back my reservation fee. Finally, because of closed borders from our country to Greece, I couldn't go there and couldn't get my money back.

Stay away from this hotel. They are rude, untrustable, not caring about their customers, they even don't respond to the booking.com itself. They just get your money and disappear, it is impossible to communicate with them. We had made the reservation before the pandemic. Stay away from this hotel

On an unexpected overnight stay in Serifos. Panos and his family were very accommodating. We had a nice meal at their restaurant and then we stayed in an apartment that was very well appointed. The family was sweet and took care of us after a ferry mishap. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we had a great time even though it was unplanned. Thank you for the hospitality!

Best Place to stay in Serifos

I've staying with a friend for 3 days during March. The hosts were more that friendly any warm. The place is clean and spacious. The hotel itself is around a 10 min walk to the center of the town
I'd go again for sure .

Great hosts. Family aura. Good communiacation

Situated in a quiet area with a beautiful view over the sea and surrounded by a lot of greenery, the two-level apartments with three balconies and two bathrooms offer you the ideal conditions to spend a relaxing holiday in such a beautiful island ! Owners some special people! Nikos and his son Kiriakis have a restaurant, GIALOS, which you should not miss because the food is very tasty, fresh and ... much!

A special location, great people

got stuck on serifos after missing a ferry, ran into Nick the owner at his restaurant and he set us up here. Very nice place and easy ealk to beach. The place was clean spacious with amenities like stove & fridge

here unexpectedly but it was nice

Serifos Palace is fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and exhibit a genuine warmth and hospitality.

The apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained. During our stay we have felt very welcome and really enjoyed our time here. 

We were here as a family for 10 days and we were treated exceptionally well. At Serifos Palace you don't feel that you are just renting an apartment- the wonderful environment makes it feel like home and that makes for a perfect holiday.

If you arrive with a car there is parking on the street right next to the apartments. 

In regards to location it is superb: great views and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The port is also a short 10 mins walk for dinner in the evening. 

If you visit the beautiful island of Serifos I would highly recommend staying at Serifos Palace.
