Everything is there for a relaxing holiday,
We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.
Warm welcome by host Giota with cold water and lemoncake.  
The room was very spacious with small terrace.  
Beds with good mattresses and well-functioning air conditioning.
The location is very quiet, about 10 minutes walk from the ferry and the beautiful
Livadakia Beach.  Supermarket, bus stop and many restaurants also within walking distance.

My mom and I had a beautiful stay in Serifos thanks also to the great hospitality of Giota and her Mom!They were so nice and helpful, Giota helped me find a car to rent and her Mom would bring her delicious cake every two days!Clean room with balcony and a very large bathrom, all just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Livadakia beach!

Lovely place and geat hosts!

After 2 weeks on Milos,one each in Pollonia and Adamas,I took the ferry to Sifnos for a week prior to another ferry to Serifos where I had reserved for a week at Helios.My room was on the top floor in a quiet corner as requested and I was warmly greeted by Giota the owner.I put my bags in the room and since it was 4:30 in the afternoon and time for coffee Giota offered me a Nescafe which I gratefully accepted.Her warmth and genuine hospitality was shown all during my stay and we had several pleasant conversations and more coffee plus her delicious cake,a daily treat.Thank you so much Giota for a wonderful experience and your incredible kindness.

Cozy and Comfortable!

Great place to stay in Livadi. Not far from the port, you can walk to it from the ferry, and it is just a 5 minute walk to a sandy beach with shade trees as well as to the town center with all the restaurants. The rooms are secure and cleaned every day. Each room has AC, a private terrace and even a clothes line. The owners are super friendly and eager to satisfy all your needs. Highly recommended!

One week of pleasure

I hesitated a while before deciding to review Helios, because I somehow wished to keep this hidden jewel for myself. I first stayed there in August 2012, went back in 2013 and will go back next summer. Serifos is one of the most beautiful and magic Greek islands I have ever seen (and I have visited virtually the whole of Greece), and Helios is the best accommodation ever. Its location is ideal: in a quiet street, 50 mt from the beautiful Livadakia beach, and two minutes from Livadi port on foot. The  traditional-style rooms are immaculate and extremely clean. Those on the ground floor have a private patio set amidst a nicely kept garden, whereas those on the first floor have a balcony with full or partial sea view. The hotel is also extremely good value, especially for Serifos standards. It is managed by Giota and her lovely family: some of the warmest and kindest people I have ever met, always ready to help, to greet you with a smile at the same time as they respect your privacy.  I would never consider staying anywhere else on the island. Go there once, and I bet you will go back again and again…

Stayed several times here.   Family business, owners very very friendly.   Place is kept very clean - and although since some years now most of direct sea view is missing I would recommend this place highly.   - Also fair prices especially outside high season.
