A great place for family and friends! Owners were very friendly and gave good advices to us. Rooms are modern, clean and equipped with all you need for a good vacation. Beds are very comfy (mattresses and pillows are anatomical). The hotel is in the centre of the village, so a numbers of beaches are just a minute or two away (across the street), as well as s lot of shops and restaurants. Fantastic bakery just next door (great breakfast stuff and ice cream). Highly recommended accommodation!

The room is of great size with perfect kitchenette. I've booked one with a mountain view, but the owner gave us a room a sea view at the same price, for wich I was very thankful. Just across the street local farmers were selling vegetables and we took the opportunity to taste Greek tomatoes and cucumbers. Try them, it's worth.

Great pleace, warm welcome

Nice and familiar owners.  house keeping and cleaning is not so good . For childrens good enough. Good decoration and usefull rooms for families with children. Parking is available. And kitchen is also good enough.

I have booked in september 2015 2 rooms. The owners are nice, but they don't speak English and I don't speak any other language, so the conversation was difficult. I have asked if the rooms are separated with a door, they said yes and when i got there there was't any door. We need to separate rooms because we have two little babies and they are sleeping separatly. Any noise got them wake up, so imagine ...
My parents and some relatives were with me and their rooms seem unfinished and poor. noise outside, noise inside. Someone wanted to sing in other room. Also only one day someone clean the room. I think coud do better than this. Also I appreciate the effort for bringing me two babies cots and two chair for babies. Every night music from a disco were very, very loud and imagine to sleep with the door closed 3 adults and 2 babies. Awfull. I didn't wanted to write the review as soon as I come back because I was very angry. Downstairs, near the hotel is a great bakery. Very good bakery.

Definetly not deserve the money that I have paied

Apartment was very new and polished. Spacious, clean with fully equipped kitchenette. Super comfortable large bed. We got free upgrade to a sea view apartment. We were concerned it might be noisy, as there is a road between hotel and seafront, but windows sound proofing was really good.

Great place, very kind owner

Perfect location and perfect service! 
The owner is very kind and will be great when he learn a bit more English, no matter of that was a great pleasure; he did a great job at this place. Brand new apartments!! Nice design with touch to details, enough space, very comfortable, wonderful balcony space, fully equipment kitchen and bathroom, air condition, iron, free WiFi and as a bonus you have tea and coffee with sugars and cream to start your day with great view to the sea. Maybe in high season rooms with sea view will be very noisy but there is nice option to use the outdoor blinds because the morning view at the bay is gorgeous definitely! Was a very pleasant surprise that 2 bedroom apartment has also two bathrooms! You’ll really feel like you’re at your home and you’ll feel comfy even only stay to rest in front of the TV that have few satellites or on the balcony!  Indeed WiFi signal was very poor, but I hope the owner will fix it as he has more ideas for this place to do. If you will come at dark hours watch out very carefully to don’t miss the sign, for now he don’t have big sign in front where is the main street as it’s really absolutely new, so you’ll have to open widely your eyes, but its easy actually because is just on the main square, next to the tasty bakery there.
Only 15km away from Kavala, in a beautiful little bay, right in the heart of Nea Peramos on the main street just few steps of the beach. Nice surrounding, lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, great bakery is next to the door… all you need around is close. 
Exceptional! Staying at See to Sea will make it a great holiday!
