Well there must a misunderstanding. Both the booking link and the postal code (37002) refer to Maria rooms at Agios Ioannis Pelion and not in Mykonos. So, my review it is going to be about that rental rooms business. 
Pros: in front of the beach in the center of the village, well equiped-it has everything you need to prepare your breakfast and a quick snack or salad, it is cleaned every single day by Maria herself,  friendly owner-you can ask her anything you want about the area or anyting you need in your room, even  beach umbrellas. cheap prices. 
Cons: one of the rooms on the ground floor doesn't have an air conditioning but a ceiling fan. Also the only window of the room faces the street on the back. That means that you can not open your window as passers-by can see you. The other two rooms didn't have the same problem so be clear which room you want before booking. Decoration and furniture a bit old.
