I booked this hotel on Booking.com as a hotel. It is not, it is an Airbnb of sorts. There is no one on site to check you in. The next thing is the name on our reservation and the name of the place are 2 different names. We had an address and it took 1 local guy and 2 taxi drivers, over an hour too figure out where this place MIGHT be, they knew it was by the school. Mind you our ferry had been delayed and it was 2 AM, finally I saw a lady standing in the street and we asked her and she was the person to let us in our room. 
 This place was supposed to be walkable to the ferry, it really is not, it is not in the tourist area at all. I would not recommend this place unless you were going for a month and location was not important. Also ask them for the NAME on the front of the building so your taxi driver and you can find it.


This place is to hard to find and not near the tourist area

We had our first stop to our honeymoon in Asterias. Very clean and pretty and great location to different foods etc. we rented a bike to get around and happy that we did. A pleasant surprise that the cleaning staff comes by everyday to tidy up which is not necessarily but very comfortable and luxurious❤️ the only thing you should expect is the horrible water pressure in the shower, which I guess is a known issue for Milos and not the apartment’s fault. We also received a very nice souvenir from our host upon our departure. 

We will definitely return to this place if we stay in Milos in the future.

Convenient location and great host

Owners are very polite and the room was exactly what we wanted for our summer vacation. Quiet and clean place to stay, close (5 minute walk) to the port. Highly recommended for couples. Prices are quite low.

Excellent

We stayed at room #1. Despite the fact that there was no private balcony (only a window) and there was noise coming from the WC ventilation and fridge, the room is above average considering that it was cleaned every day and that it is situated in a very convenient location.

Very clean rooms, convenient location

We stayed at this property 2 nights. For me it was ideally located close to the port but in a quiet area of town. Room was spacious, very clean and had a fridge and two ring cooker. Would definitely stay here again....

Great place away from crowded port

A few blocks back from the water among a bunch of similar places, this was a pretty nice room with small balcony with an ok view, a good bed and a little kitchenette. The wifi was excellent, but the shower sucked (no curtain and nothing to dry the floor with). There was also fair bit of noise from downstairs (we were in number 2, above the house) but the owner was in Athens while we were there so I’m not sure that’s normal.

Decent value near the port

It has everything a tourist or a traveller want for having nice vacations. These rooms are near the center ( 300m ) but in a quiet area with very nice view. The owners are very nice people and the rooms are comfortable with wonderfull decoration.
