The Attica  is one of the few high rise. hotels in the neighborhood.  I didn't actually stay there but it's very easy to access their property even if you're not a guest. No one will bother you. I did ask one of the guests staying there how they liked it. They were English speaking and told me that nobody in the hotel speaks English. 

The pool area is clean and inviting. I noticed that everyone attempting to use the pool used the shower on the side of the pool before entering. 

Language barrier

Just back from two weeks at Attica. Lets start realistic. We didnt pay Hilton prices and didn't expect Hilton Standards, The Hotel was Basic but very nice. We had a nice room big bed with the most fabulous view of the sea. The Hotel is nice and quiet. No rowdy drunks. Mostly used by people on their first night or last night in greece as it is only about 25 minutes from airport. Breakfast is basic scrambled eggs saugages different cold meats different breads cereal joghurt and fresh fruit. Basic but plenty.
Staff are lovley especially the Reception cant say thanks enough.As we rented a car they always made sure that we had a parking space.
Air con was good pool clean the sea so warm and clean.
From the bad reviews i have seen i don't understand what people expect for the price they are paying.If you expect 5 star luxury go and pay 5 star prices. We will definitly be coming back. Thanks Attica for a great holiday

Attica Beach Hotel

We chose the Attica Beach Hotel because it was on the water and close to the airport.  The hotel is plain but we found it adequate.  We stayed on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the water and shoreline.  The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were only there one night and they found us a place to park our car for the night.  We ate diner in the restaurant, there was a variety of food and it was good.  Breakfast was ok, a little less variety than other places we have been but we found enough food to satisfy us.  The beach was rocky for about 15 to 20 feet but once past that the bottom is sandy and we enjoyed the water.

Great last night in Greece

We stayed here for 10 days. Got a bit of a shock when we first arrived as the room was quite basic and very old fashioned. The beds are very comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly. The room was  clean and beds were made every day. Could change the towels more often but otherwise no other complaints.
