I've been staying at these apartments for several years in a row and it's always a pleasure to come back. Really nice people, always helpful with information and advice. The apartments are clean, fully equipped and affordable. Ideal for a stay in the capital city of Kefalonia.

Great place to stay

1 star is only for location, only 2 minute walk from main square in Argostoli. Every thing else about the apartment isn't worth any stars. The apartment is on 3rd floor without an elevator. apartment has not been properly cleaned for a very long time. Sweeping and changing sheets only, is not considered  cleaning. I would not recommend this apartment under any circumstances.
 We stayed there for 6 days.  We cleaned bathroom and kitchen sink as it was discusting. Using toilet and shower was awful. I booked through Airbnb but they are also on booking.com. I paid over 1200 euros for this apartment, so for the price it was a espeacially very bad. 
They gave us 1 key for the 4person apartment. The key had to be in socket otherwise you had no electricity. The only thing that stayed on was fridge. No  lights or washing machine or aircondition, so if one if us was out of the room we had no aircondition or lights. There are no fly screens so you either suffocated or got bitten by mosquitoes.  When we did   go out seperatly,  we  had to wake up the others to let us in.
 If we left the balcony doors open pigeons would often fly into room. Everything was rusted including washing machine and everything in bathroom. Kitchen Utencils in draws were dirty. Spiderwebs all over the apartment. The walls were dirty too, and all other surfaces ie cupboards, light fixtues ,curtains,windows. There were Used toilet rolls in bathroom from previous guests.
 The owner also lied about our dog barking all the time and that the other occupants in downstairs complained. I did not ask for a refund. I was travelling and did not write a review in time on Airbnb, so I decided to write one now so no one else has this bad experience.
I hope they will see this review and change the way they run their apartments. It has very good potential to be a lovely apartment.
