It's our second year coming here what keeps us going back here are the owners and how unique this place is. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. I would recommend this place for anybody looking for quiet place to stay. The rooms are equipped with all of the necessary equipment that you might require.

Best place to stay in Kallithea

Very good studios with very friendly people.
The studios are very clean and is very good situated close to (beautiful) Kallithea Beach and the main street with restaurants and shops.

Very good studios, very clean, good situated, very friendly people

It's a great place to stay! The host Xenophon and his wife are very hospitable, friendly, welcoming, polite and kind people. They helped us on any issue. Many thanks to them for it! The room was exactly as in the photo and it was cleaned every day. The territory of the hotel is also very clean. The location is perfect. It's in a quiet place, but at the same time the supermarket "Masoutis", the tavern "Elena" and the centre of Kallithea is only 5 minutes walking. The beach is also not very far from the hotel. We are very glad that we chose exactly this hotel for staying in Kallithea!

A great place to stay!

Very clean, comfortable rooms, with nice balcony and nice hosts! The apartment is located in a perfect place, in center and the beach is accross the road. The price is also very good! And we got complimentary drink (Greek wine) from hosts! I strongly recommend this place! 

I will definitely come back here! 

Excellent! Very clean, towels and sheets changed at every 2 days! My parents stayed here for 7 nights and they were completely satisfied! Very helpful and friendly staff! I've been visited them here and it's a really nice place and has a great value for money! 
Very close to the city center and Masoutis supermarket!

Excellent value for money

We are a family with 6 months old baby and we’ve just spent a month in Alkionis studios. We are very happy with our choice of place and hotel and we will mention some of the most important advantages for us:

1)   Location- hotel is on a very quiet street, away from the night bars and tavernas. However everything you need is literally 1 min walking – the main street with the taverns and shops, big supermarket next street etc. Beach is 5 min walking with a  baby stroller.

2)   Spacious room and double bed- plenty of space to put a baby cribs in the room, and still you could move freely and have room for all the luggage and baby gear. There is a very nice and quite big balcony, where you could have lunch or dinner. The kitchen was equipped with all  the necessary utensils.

3)   Cleanness – cleaning every day and change of towers and sheets every other day

4)   Hot water all day and night and with very good pressure- this is especially important with small kids or babies

5)   Last but not least: The owner Xenophon is very polite, kind and ready to help with any issues you might have.   He is a very good company and you could learn a lot of stuff from him about the place, people, Greek mythology and other interesting topics

We strongly recommend this hotel and Kallithea as a place to stay. It has one of the best sandy beaches in Kassandra and you should definitely visit it off the high season at least once- its amazing. If you have a car visit different places and beaches in Kassandra- each one has its own charm.

Quiet, clean and spacious- excellent place to stay

Perfect stay. Lovely, clean apartment, 2 minute walk from shops and bars, 5 minutes from beach. Beautiful location. Owner could'nt have been more helpful.

Perfect

Rooms (1 badroom, 1 kitchen & sitting place, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony) clean, personnel kindly, calm place, distance to plage approx 200 meter, economic price, no otopark problem, place very nice, but would not be large room for two children family. 

Economic & good place for sea vacation 

The studio is not in the best shape (The furniture is old, the towels are worn, the AC smells very bad - like mold - and the bathroom sanitary items are in poor shape - see the picture). On the whole period the internet was not working properly. Another minus is that you don't have mosquito net at the windows. The kitchen items are only a few and very cheap (better to bring your own things if you want to cook and/or eat). One plus is that the hosts are helpfull. The studio is clean but is overpriced. If I would describe it in one sentence... LOW QUALITY AND OVERPRICED. The price for 1 night în July 2018 was around 76 euro (with nothing included) while near this location the same quality was around 40-45 euro. This is why at Alkionis Studios you will find available rooms anytime. If you don't have high demands and you wanna pay like at a 4 stars hotel then this is the perfect place for you. For us it was the first and the last time!
