Small quit family hotel studio. Owner are very kind. And friendly for pets. Room was ok what we pay we got it. Not expensive. No Tv in the room. Which was problem for my son. Balcony was very hot all day can't stay. Laganas is near. 

Quit studios 

We really enjoyed our stay at Helen and Theo Studios. Helen and Theo are very kind and helpful hosts. Eventhough their English is limited they are always ready to help. Laganas itself is full with clubs and trashy tourists. We simply stayed there as it is conveniently located on the island and has all the facilities nearby. Helen and Theo Studios felt like a nice quiet oasis compared to the rest of Laganas. There is a supermarket and swimmingpool (which you can use for free) across the road and the whole property is fenced and has a gate that locks around 23h (no worries, all guests get an extra key to open the gate after 23h). The only thing we disliked was the poorly equipped kitchen and the bathroom. There are just enough plates and cups, but there were no kitchen knives, dish washing soap, drying towel and spatula, and the pan (there was only 1) burns very quickly. The bathroom floods everytime when you shower as there is no shower curtain. 

Nice and quiet place

The owners of the property not very welcoming I booked this place for my two sons for a 3 night stay the owner would let himself into the apartment when ever he felt like it on one occasion my sons where asleep and he just walked in when my son asked him what he wanted he said he can walk in at anytime he wanted to check up on them .. I feel this was not expectable and what if they where to young girls on Holiday .... I would not recommend this accommodation to any young person ... and just two make you aware my sons where 25yrs old and 19yrs old so they was not young young  .....

Not very welcoming

Me and my friend visited from the 13th until the 20th June, were both young (we were 1 of 3 young groups, not a rowdy or loud hotel) so we were looking for an affordable hotel near but not too close to the strip and that’s exactly what we got. The rooms are perfectly equipped for self catering and have everything you need and more, rooms are cleaned and sheets changed on a regular basis and the family who run the hotel are always happy to help you with anything you need. People who have given bad reviews for this hotel clearly expected a 5* hotel for the price of a 3*, don’t let the bad reviews put you off. Best holiday so far!! 

Far too underrated 

A family run business. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty basic and bedding and towels could have been changed daily. The pool area was clean and tidy, plenty of sunbeds. The pool itself was clean just a little too deep for me. Would considered staying there again

A last minute holiday

During the 10 days stay at the hotel the towels had not been changed not even once, the same with the bedsheet, not changed for 10 days. 
When we checked in the owner of the studios took our passport saying that the police often comes to check on the guests and he has to show them documents. I never ever heard about such an absurd thing as leaving us without ID and someone else uses my docs as a proof however it was our third visit to Greece.
We were not informed about the check out requirements or when to leave the room on our last day and as our flight was in the evening we had to pay 30 EUR for the room. I have to mention that on our first day we arrived at 11 in the evening so technically we stayed only 1 hour in the room and paid for the whole day. As a minimum I would expect that on my last day as my flight is not in the morning I can stay in the room as usually the night is paid not the day. And the owners wife started yelling on us in front of everyone because we did not leave the room at 11 however as I said no one informed us and there were no information regarding check out or check in no where around the hotel area.
