Arta Palace Hotel

Very good value for money. Clean hotel, close the main highway, offering all amenities and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was also very good. Recomnended for a quiet stay or as a base to explore the surrounding area.

It was a reasonable stay and good value. Places to eat for dinner are too far away as the hotel restaurant was closed. Breakfast was ok just.There didn’t seem a way to get a take-away delivery urge.

Very good hotel

The windows are very dirty and you cannot admire the view. The blanket had a mark on it, as if someone had torn it. The bathroom contained two bath soaps, that were already used by the previous customer and had not been changed with new. Inside the bath tub, I found the cap of a razor for the feet as well as hair on the floor of both the bathroom and the bedroom. It appears no one had cleaned the room after the check out of the last customer.

Its not the best choice it is clean but it looks like somebody abandoned this place . i found my room open when i check in and the room was hot . About the breakfast no words was nothing good to eat maybe this why they offer it for free

Not the best choice

The hotel is very modern and comfortable but has an air of the Marie Celeste. We seemed to be the only people staying in a huge hotel. The pool is superb and a nice bar with a most helpful bar lady. There were what appeared to be a few local children playing in the pool - thats all.There was no food available at all and there are very few tavernas in the area and all closed on a Sunday evening! The room was  very comfortable.One thing to remember is that Italian and Greek hotels do not seem to do in room tea/coffee making facilities. We always carry a small electric kettle, mugs and tea and coffee bags and some UHT milk.

Very comfortable but a strange place

Just for one night. This was enough. Check in very unfriendly and nobody spoke english. Breakfast was only ok.

This was my last time there

No water all night I check out 9:00 am and still no water I hope you will not charge me with this reservation….

Don't stay here. We were forced to stay here when our flight got cancelled. We went with Airtours so they booked us here over the night.

When we arrived it was a buffé with meatsauce and spaggethi and also some dry chicken. I did not enjoy it. 

The room was not so nice, it just didn't feel fresh, especially not the bed. On the sheet there was a spot, don´t want to know what it was... It felt like they had not cleaned in a long time.

The other day, a woman spoke to the receptionists about that there was something disgusting in her bathroom, in the toilet. From what I heard it was something that was alive. it creeped me out actually but the staff didn't seem to care. The woman told them to check for themselves in her bathroom.

The receptionist was so rude towards me when I asked to buy a bottle of water. She said it cost 1 euro and I told her that I had to buy it with card since I was out of cash. She thought it was ridiculous that I should pay with card when it only cost 1 euro, I told her that I didn't plan for staying another night and had spent the cash, it was not my fault that the plane was cancelled. The staff knew that we were booked only because there was no other hotel.

In the morning we had a look att the pools that looked great from a distance, but when you got clooser I was shocked. I would not even dare to dip my toe in that water, it was so filthy. Looked like they had not cleaned it in the entire summer.... 

I would never, ever, ever spend money to stay here.

Just don't...

Arrived to a stifling hot foyer with no airconditioning running. Had selected hotel as listed as having access for individual with mobility issues. When checking in advised the both lifts were not working and our rooms were on the second floor accessed by a stair case. No assistance offered with bags.

Room allocated for four people only had a double bed and two couches.

Staff seemed disinterested and lacking with no one around to assist after check in. 

Listings of hotel advise of a indoor playground which is no where to be found.

Only one pool open, not the few advertised. 

Advised restaurant not open and food could be purchased from local village. 

Charged full price for a service not delivered.

Absolute rip off and is definitely not a four star hotel.
