It's the most "value for money" choice we be ever made. It's AMAZING, the view is STUNNING, the hostess is SUPER and the room is as much clean as we wanted to. 

We are very happy and we'll be back very soon 

AMAZING 

Had a lovely relaxed few days here. Our room was large, had good storage space and was kept very clean. The bathroom was great, spacious with a good shower. We particularly loved the very large patio with views down to the town. The rooms are just above a school so we were a little worried about noise but there was suprisingly little. Our host was really helpful providing a free collection and delivery from and to the port.
Perhaps a car would be helpful as, unless you are reasonably fit the steps up and down might prove difficult. Taxis are reasonably priced however. We preferred to eat up in Ano Syros for a more traditional experience but on foot, there are over 250 steps to the nearest taverna. We found it worth the climb though.

Wonderful view

Romanza is exactly the right name for these rooms. The owner and his wife make sure you have a pleasant stay and are eager to please their visitors. Be sure to enjoy a wonderful meal cooked by Niko and don't forget to taste Arhondoula's sweets! Perfect place , Perfect view, with an amazing sunset .

Excellent view!!!!

The studio is clean and comfortable with a huge terrace and incredible view of Hermoupolis all the way down to the port as well as all the way up to the two hills with churches on top of each. We were picked up at the ferry (in spite of a very late arrival due to delay) and got a very warm welcome from the entire family. They gave us a room with a view even though we had not asked for it, made sure we had all the information we needed, and were very accommodating, allowing us to stay longer than the one night we had initially booked and giving us the pots and extra plates we asked for (the studio has a refrigerator and stovetop burners but nothing to cook with) and the last night they even brought a bottle of wine! My only regret is that we were not able to speak to them as much as we would have liked due to our very limited (as in broken) Greek communication skills. Quiet location in residential area at the the base of Ano Syros and perhaps 10 minutes from stores and city center, both very easy and pleasant walks. The wifi signal was took weak in the room, but we found a good spot outside with a table and chairs which was fine.

Breathtaking view, great value, kind, hospitable people

We stayed here for 3 nights, 2 adults and a toddler, and the room was awesome! It totally worth the money!

We were with our own car, we had parking there but I understood that the owners could offer transportation from airplane/ferry.

We should have selected a room for 3 persons, because the bed was exactly for 2 persons...and not 2 and a half, but that wash' such a high issue.

It has wi-fi, but in our room was very weak signal, outside around the rooms you could get a better one, but since it was a small vacation we didn't needed it so much.

The room has a small kitchenette with all necessary for making a coffee and tea. No pots for cooking. The fridge is working all day, it doesn't disconnect when you take out the key with the card for the electricity, which for us was very good to keep the food for the kid, and some cold water to wait for us there:-)

Each day we had the room tided up and new towels. And we also had a small welcome basket with local sweets, halvadopites and loukoumia.

For the kids they have the room's balcony and no pool. But for us wasn't an issue at all!

The complex has view over Ermoupoli and the hill with Orthodox Church Anastasi and in the first night we saw a gorgeous full moon. It is situated at the base of Ano Syros, about 5minutes walk from the base of Ano Syros, where you have only the possibility to visit by walking in that part of Ermoupoli. It is with lots of small streets and stairs that go up at the Catholic Church Saint George.

To get into town is about 15 minutes walk downhill, but very beautiful to see the houses and the neighborhood, the churches that are around which are very beautiful painted, and also the cemetery that has very beautiful marble sculpted tombs. 

We liked it very much!
