We stayed one night on route. A lovely room in a quiet area. Friendly owners. The attached restuarant is a great covenience with an italian menu, good prices and great food and service. Breakfast was a nice spread with plenty of choices

Lovely comfortable stay

This was very comfortable accomodation and excellent hospitality. The owner spoke good English and was very helpful with local knowledge. We didn't make use of the restaurant except for breakfast which was plentiful and tasty. The location was a little off the beaten track but nevertheless worthwhile.

A peaceful and welcoming place

Ok, this is a small family run hotel and stereotypically German! This is not a fault it is just what it is. We stayed here as we were visiting friends nearby so we had our own pillows which i think made our stay better as the large support'less pillows would not have been very comfortable. We slept very well, though there is a lot of noise heard from other rooms etc but we were out for the count! Rooms were basic but fine... we brought our own kettle etc so no big deal with regards to coffee etc and there is a small fridge to keep your stuff in if you wish. Breakfast as far as we are concerned was fine. coffee/tea/fruit juice and cereal/jams/honey etc and fresh bread/rolls... scrambled and hard boiled egg, bacon, /meat/cheeses etc sorry guys but i don't see a whole lot missing??! Anyway overall a lovely quiet stay in a very beautiful area.... we will be back!

A pleasant quiet stay

Hotel wasn't open when we got there at 3pm, as advised, so we had to wait for someone to arrive and let us in. Reception guy was not really interested and informed us that the bus only went to Tubingen every 3 hours. No lift to the room which was over the restaurant so make sure there isn't a ''do'' on as you won't get to sleep before midnight. Room was basic and bathroom the same. Nice quiet area though. Breakfast was a joke with one coffee machine for everyone staying, about 20 people there when we went down, and it broke down twice. The baskets and trays were empty at times and only small amounts brought out to fill each time. The hotel was cold and unwelcoming but the restaurant looked ok. I think this is a restaurant with the side-line of a hotel.

Don't bother

This is the second time we stayed here, and glad we came back. Much cheaper than staying in Tuebingen, which can be a bit pricey. Breakfast was solid, though not amazing. Room was nice - and huge - guess they only had their big apartment open, so we got that. We'll definitely come here again.

Nice value

Really can't complain , great price . Quiet area just outside Reutlingen perfect for business travellers . Really nice restaurant and very friendly staff and can speak good English which was great as I'm still learning German ! Had a very comfy sleep , rooms absolutely fine .
