We stayed here last night and we absolutely loved it the lady that owns the place checked us in last night and was really helpful .
The place is walking distance from a beautiful mediaeval town with some fantastic restaurants and a brewery .
We will come back with the family

Perfect place ticks all the boxes

The apartment was very modern.  Stark furnishings with no sofa, instead two chairs to watch TV.  The biggest complaint we had was the owners could not speak English, in spite of being told otherwise.  We had problems finding the place with GPS, so we called and literally could not communicate with the husband or wife.  Somehow, (minor miracle), we found the place, but the lack of communication was a nightmare.  Our recommendation is that only German-speaking guests attempt this place.

Place was nice, but...

This place is worth considering if you are looking for a clean, quiet and economical place where to stay while traveling by/visiting Erding by car.
Easy to find, you have a parking lot outside the place.  The rooms are clean, the furniture in the bathroom is old, the bed was comfortable.  The door to the bedroom has a glass in the center, that is covered by a red tissue.  
You will be satisfied if you are looking for an economical lodging, while you might be upset if you are looking for a romantic hub.

Good place for an economic stay in Erding, close by the centrum and Erding thermal baths.
