Hotel Vitis

We travelled to Germany to catch a concert in Munich. The hotels within Munich were expensive or had a poor rating so we decided to stay about half an hour away in Erding. The hotel was excellent, very clean and fitted out to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was freshly prepared and of good quality. I would definitely stay here again or advise friends to stay here.

We stayed in Germany for nearly 15 days in August and before we flew back to our country from Munich airport we wanted to stay one night near  Munich and visited the city. The only hotel that came to our mind was Hotel Vitis because we stayed there nearly 10 years ago and we were really pleased. We were road tripping with friends and our children were little then and we enjoyed our stay there. So this time it was also great. The rooms are so clean and the breakfast is very good and the staff is also friendly and helpful. It's nearly 30 minutes to Munich but as we were road tripping we thought that it would be better to stay far from the city centre  because the parking your car isn't a problem there and as a bonus you can see another beautiful town, which is Erding.

At my arrival at the hotel the staff greet me very friendly. After explaining all the details of my booking the key was handed over. My room and bathroom was ready and very clean. 
Next morning I had a 5 star breakfast buffet in a neat and peaceful atmosphere. The food was very good and the staff served coffee and the buffet was very well laid out and tasty. Because it was a holiday, the owner, Mr Ernst Egner, did the friendly greeting the next morning. In the morning the room was cleaned and new towels supplied. I do recommend the Hotel Vitis to any traveller which visit the Therme Erding or stays over in Erding. The Hotel deserved 5 Star for excellent service and cleanliness.

Holiday 2017

We arrived this hotel close to midnight, after a 5 hours flight, the keys were waiting for us in the lobby, we got a parking spot and in the morning the breakfast was good and crew was very friendly and helpful.
The downside was that we couldn’t find an elevator so had to carry our bags in the stairway in the middle of the night and also it was extremely hot rooms because it was summer and no air conditioning in the rooms or in the hotel at all.
Fan in the rooms didn’t help much.

A nice bed and breakfast place

The room were clean, it seems that the rooms were renovated. You can park infront of the hotel or on the back yard. But, when we arrived, I think that this is not it. This is just a place with rooms, you are on your own there. We arrived on Monday, noone was there, no receptionist. When we entered, the corridor is narrow, there was a strange scent in the house. Some men asked us if everything is ok, but he did not understand English ... Breakfast is served in the basement, I have terrible feeling going downstairs, the celling is low. Breakfast is like in hostel. And the price for room with breakfast is the same as in some really good hotel - as we stayed in our travel! We have to sign what costs us if we lost the key or smoke in the room. I had been in hotel thru Europe, but noone ever gave me for sign such nonsens! If you are not demanding and want to stay in low-cost hotels for equipment and well-being and you really do not mind, this hotel is the right choice for you. Otherwise, look forward. I am asking myself, who gave this house the name of the hotel. For me it was very unpleasant, impersonal and the very bad end of our trip to Poland and Germany.
