Stayed in the family room for one night when visiting Gori. Giorgi and Marina are warm and hospitable hosts. It felt like visiting old friends. Having spent most of my time in hostels in hotels it was delightful to be welcomed to a home. When we got there, Georgi talked us through some of the highlights and things to do in Gori. They prepared some tea and snacks, which was much needed after our trip from Tbilisi. In practical terms the place is a short walk to the city centre.
