Hotel Verlain 

have just checked out today following the my second stay at this lovely hotel having stayed here previously in 2024. For me this hotel is perfect. Both times I was delighted with my rooms which were spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully decorated to a high standard. The rooms included USB and ISBC charge points, a safe, mini bar and this time round there was a coffee machine, providing the perfect brew to start the day! There was no kettle in the room this time (due to the inclusion of the coffee machine) but one of the guys on reception lent me one for my stay so I could make myself a peppermint infusion. They also have a variety of teas availsble in reception.The staff are all very kind, friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic too, if you walk out of the hotel the metro is literally just a minute walk away on the adjacent street. As a lone female traveller often arriving back late at night or in the small hours this was a big bonus for me. I felt very safe. There's also a fantastic range of bars, take aways and restaurants just round the corner on Rue Oberkampf as well as a monoprix. I have stayed in Paris many times over the years and can say that I don't think you will find a better hotel that combines all these benefits for the price. I look forward to hopefully staying here again on my next trip to Paris. Thankyou to all the staff for my wonderful stay. ❤️
