It was clean and staff was pleasant, it’s not bad for one stay. Security was excellent.

HotelF1 Narbonne Sud is a basic hotel, comfortable, easy to find and very convenient. There is a Campanille opposite the hotel that you can use and the buffet they do there is excellent and well priced. Narbonne itself is only a couple of km's away and is nice to visit.

Automatic check in was smooth and easy. Slight problem where room wasn't ready, but we were moved to two different rooms quickly.

Convenient overnight stop

We never had in all our life such a soooo small room. 20 cm each side of the bed. Maybe 30-40 from the feet of the bed to the wall. I do not exaggerate it is absolutely true!!No place to put even a small bag Toilets -bathroom extremely small Very uncomfortable to be in these conditions even for just one night Too bad

For this cheap price you can't complain. We knew what we were getting when booking F1. One suggestion though ; it would be nice if the bottom of the bed would be a real slatted bottom instead of the fixed shelf. 

You get what you pay for 

The welcome was fine, but the shared toilets and showers were not clean. Because of the fences all around the area we felt like prisoners. Big electricity masts were next to the hotel, enhancing the feeling of wanting to escape. The rooms were clean and fine. Nevertheless, because of the gloomy aspect we'll never come back!!

This is not considered a Hotel. Has anyone from Hotels.com gone to visit this site? 44 years booking hotel rooms this was the worst. We paid and we walked in the room not even able to open luggage in room tinest room i ever experienced.  I asked to be upgraded they told me all the rooms are the same. Disgusting to have this on your website.

Warning

I thought I was going to get a super basic hotel: it is cheap so I could not expect something special. But it was the worst experience of my life in a hotel.

It was not because of the rooms, facilities or something like that (which are super, super, super basic, by the way) the problem was the person in charge of it at that moment, the hotel manager he said. I have never seen a so impolite person facing customers. He was so rude that we had a verbal fight , almost a physical fight, I have to say, but I at the end thought it was not worth and I left the discussion, other way it would have been physical. My children were crying and the other customers amazed about the behavior of the guy.

There are more cheap hotels around. Avoid this one.

The worst experience in a hotel of my life by far

Arrived with confirmation e Mail on my I pad, only to be told it had been cancelled, by them as payment did not go through. I was told can't us Apple device to book! Rate at reception 10 Euros higher!
