Stayed for 3 nights in this magical and beautiful Bastide. Driving up to the entrance and gate you get a feeling you travel back in time. 
The rooms, hallway and dining room are beautifully renovated: you get all the modern comfort but still have the feeling you are visiting a genuine castle.
The facilities outside and near the swimming pool are very nice. The view from the swimming pool and rooms alone are worth a visit.

But this all is nothing without the helpful, friendly en amazing hosts Virginie and Manuel. They were such a great help and very thoughtful because of our little baby traveling with us. 
Besides, the genuine French dinners are a real treat. 

Some of the pictures I see on trip advisor are a little outdated and from my memory the Bastide was renovated even more and better. So I added some of my own pictures.

Lovely stay in a beautiful Bastide with amazing hosts

Tastefully and lovingly furnished mansion from the 18th century in a beautiful park with ample parking available. The hosts (Manuel & Virginie) have received us very friendly. With these hosts you can feel a great joy and enthusiasm of their project. Both are open, spontaneous and flexible (uncomplicated check-in / -out).

In the evening on request for the guests, the hosts are cooking.  The breakfast (with homemade products) and the dinner we could enjoy in the living room at a large table. So we could meet other guests, with different languages. The hosts also recommended a good restaurant in Manosque.

In the large garden (with sun loungers, hammock and pool) you can linger under old shady trees. The "Basitide de l'Adrech" has large, tastefully decorated rooms / bathrooms.

During our Provence-Tour, we were able to enjoy the silence in this country house and relax fully - we will be back again.

Country house with great atmosphere in beautiful, rural surroundings on the outskirts of Manosque.

Spent 2 nights at la bastide de l'adrech and it was a wonderful stay.  I went as a mother/ daughter trip with a friend and her daughter.  We ended up staying in the apartment that had a small private courtyard and jacuzzi.  The villa was charming and we truly loved the grounds.  There was a new pool that was not advertised when we booked the room which was a wonderful surprise.  Our apartment had 1 bedroom, a pull out sofa bed in the living room and a kitchen.  All the appliances looked brand new. The only downside was their was not a fully bathroom.  The first bathroom had just a toliet with no sink.  The second bathroom had a shower with a sink.  They were on opposite ends of the apartment.  Not a huge deal,and honestly some of the grievances you need to let go of for older homes that are being updated.   The villa was also under construction- which did not bother us.  We never really noticed any extra noise or had any issues.  While I gave this place 5 stars you should realize this is a country experience so expect spiders and insects, no A/C etc.  What you should expect is a beautiful villa in a field of sunflowers!  Dinner was available at $27.50 pp and breakfast at 12.50 per person.  We didn't partake and choice to take meals in our apartment.  The owners were excellent.  Very helpful and always around if we needed them.  There were restaurants and groceries stores within 5 min drive. The famed Provence Lavender fields were 15-20 minute drive away and Aix Provence was perhaps an easy 35 minute drive.  Additionally the L'occitane factory and museum is in the same town and was a fun detour to check out!

Authentic and Cozy Stay

I wrote a rave review before, and here is another one. We have family around half an hour drive from La Bastide, so we wanted a return visit. Geraldine and Robert are wonderful people and the house is just too cool for words. We're thinking of returning this coming summer. Regarding food, Robert is a highly rated chef and if you want to have dinner at the house, just tell them that morning. Breakfast consists of everything you can imagine - most if not all homemade. It's very difficult to be rational and choose what to eat. I usually had some of everything. 
Ask to see the photo album of what they had to do to take the building from an abandoned wreck to the beautiful house it is now. Unbelievable - but see the photos!

And they say you can't go back....

Just think of 15' hinges on hundreds-of-years-old doors. Imagine a super large dining table that can handle 2-22 people, all together speaking 5 or 6 languages. We spoke French, they spoke/practiced their English. L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel, etc.  We talk about it as one of our best experiences ever. Wonderful hosts - the husband is the chef also. The B&B doesn't include dinner, but it's offered at an extra 26 Euros, well worth it. Hard to find the first time ) a few round-abouts) but suddenly you see how beautiful it all is. Surrounded by fields of sunflowers, the house is just lovely, full of appropriate furniture and decor.  We went walking around and also drove around the area to Valensole, Riez, Manosgue itself. Trip was earlier than 12-15, to be honest.

Best week ever spent in France

Beautiful setting, building and room; warm welcome by Geraldine et Robert; excellent dinner with a whole range of self-produced and -prepared products, local wines... Hardly typical for France, the breakfast was most notable: many homemade marmelades (poires et amandes), various local honeys, homemade bread, brioche and cake (oven-warm), compote, muesli, yogurt... 
Highly recommended!

Wonderful

Me and my wife were very welcomed by Geraldine on our arrival in this wonderful 18th century house and we truly had a great stay. The house is on the outskirts of Manosque (5-10 min drive), just far enough to have an isolated and calm atmosphere. It is surrounded by trees and a garden where, depending on the weather, breakfast is served and, if you wish, also dinner, prepared by Geraldine's husband and Chef, Robert, with local Provence ingredients.

The couple is really nice and made us feel very at home. We had a great time chatting with them and other guests at the dinner table during sunset in Summer. Breakfast was also good, with bread, honey, coffee and homemade jams.

Very thoughtful of Geraldine to surprise us on our arrival decorating the bedroom, since we were on our honeymoon. We would definitely come back to this area and to the Bastide.

Manosque is the home of L'Occitane, if you plan a visit, and very well located if you want to visit anywhere in Provence or the Verdon Gorges.
