I visited La Maison d'Adam during a conference at Lille 3 university. The house is situated both near university and metro station. It's about 10 mins to the city centre. There is LIDL close by, unfortunately closed on Sundays. I appreciate private entrance, larger living room with TV and sofa, separate bed room. There is microwave and cofee maker in the kitchen. Wifi connection worked well, in case of need it was not problem to talk with housekeeper living in the same house.
