You could not wish for a more friendly stay in a nice room with everything you could want great breakfast with home made jams we first stayed last year .if you want a great place to stay quite close to tunnel .this is the place


Very friendly b and b

The drive from the eurotunnel only took about an hour and 20 minutes and was very straightforward. We found the property exceptionally easily and the check-in was very quick and easy. The property is just perfect for 2 people and our lovely dog! Tea, coffee, chocolate eggs, biscuits and dog treats were provided in the room and the bed was large and very comfortable. The walk in shower was all new, stylish and clean with abundant hot water. The heating in the bedroom worked really well and there were electric shutters on the window for a perfectly, dark sleep! Outside the gardens were well kept with some lovely benches around the pond areas. The owners little dog enjoyed playing with ours and the stay was perfectly dog friendly and very relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional. Every morning we were treated to something different which was freshly cooked and very french! French toast, poached pears with chocolate, a fabulous tarte au pomme...plus beautiful fresh croissants and bread with the owners myriad of homemade jams. Absolutely delicious!!!!
We were given lots of tips and hints of where to visit and also which restaurants to try. All the recommendations were perfect from quaint towns to great beaches. The area was also very well served by excellent restaurants...All of which were lovely. 
Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation and I would not hesitate to return. The area itself has a fascinating history with plenty of sights and great beaches. 

Perfect place, lovely grounds and yummy breakfasts!!!

Very nice.
The breakfast is realy continental and adjust to the guests.
The room is excellent and with airconditioning.
The shower was modern and easy stap-in.
The wifi was of good quality.
There is a secured parking for the car and bicycles can be placed inside a garage.

Very beautifull and charming BB. Catherine fullfils every wish that is reasonable and Serge serves the barbecue !

We picked this chambres d'hotes randomly for a three night stay, and were overwhelmed by both the place itself, and the hospitality of our hosts. Catherine and Serge are delightful, curtious hosts; The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable; The setting was wonderful....neat but not overmanicured gardens set around a beautiful lake. We were lucky with exceptionally warm sunshine too, and were able to relax and picnic by the waters edge, watching the fish and truly relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place for anybody needing to rest and reboot!

A little peace of heaven!

Impossible to overstate how lovely this place is. Warm welcoming hosts, great accommodation and a garden (with lake, wildlife and peace and quiet) to die for!
Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, but only 5 minutes drive to the centre of Abbeville. Great breakfast too!

A beautiful oasis!

Myself, my partner and our small dog stayed in this B & B for 3 nights, the room was clean and spacious. The owners were very welcoming on arrival and we felt at home straight away. Small touches such as dog treats and a bottle of wine were greatly appreciated. Breakfast consisted of pastries, jams, ham and cheese. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this b and b, we will be back!
