I have been around many guest houses and hotels in Addis, but this one is really great. It is comfortable, clean, friendly (without invasion of privacy). Staff and management are very understanding, kind, helpful and caring. Very professional and well-trained people. It made me feel at home. Only downside is I felt a bit cold and the flooring is all in ceramic tiles, but they were willing to cooperate and improve my experience. Recommended. Definitely a keeper.
