Just come back from staying here for a week and it was a lovely stay! We wanted some winter sun and the weather was brilliant…. The hotel was excellent and very well kept and clean! The food (especially the snack bar) was really good with a big variety to choose from. The animation team made it for me - they was always doing something and encouraging people to do activities during the day. A special mention to Elina who was such a laugh, funny and very kind! Plus she always made sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay here at the hotel!

A great holiday

The rooms were the most comfortable rooms I ever stayed. They were big and well equipped also super clean. I tried so many yummy dishes that I couldn’t even imagine how much I could eat. My kids enjoyed the stay there a lot, the animation teams made us have our best moments, stuff were great ( Elena) made sure we enjoyed the shows. She was funny and kind. A must see place!

We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Mirabel Park, and our experience was absolutely delightful!

First of all, we really appreciated the heated pool, which was perfect, especially during the cooler months. Both kids and adults could swim comfortably. The food at the hotel was delicious and varied – fresh fruits, pastries, quality meats, and seafood. Every day, we discovered something new and tasty.

A special thank you for the daily children's activities – the animation team did an amazing job keeping the little ones entertained, giving is a chance to relax. Our son absolutely loved it!
A huge thanks to the entire staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and warm smiles. You truly make guests feel welcome

But there are a few things to keep in mind:

In January, there was very strong wind, and the beach almost always had a red flag, meaning swimming in the sea was not possible. Additionally, the sea along the shore is very shallow, and to reach the snorkeling area, you have to walk along a long pier.

Despite this, the hotel itself left only positive impressions – the heated pool, delicious food, daily children's activities, and friendly staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would recommend it.

Good for families!

We were on holiday at the Jaz Mirabel from 25-12-24 to 8-1-25 we were in room 2125 our room attendant was Ali he had our room spotless and he was very polite and well mannered. We were very well  looked after with refreshments while sunbathing by Hosny and Amhed from the Blue Bar two very hard working polite waiters, all the hotel staff were amazing they could not do enough for you nothing was a problem for them the entertainment on hogmanay was brilliant  the hotel done a brilliant job. 
We would also like to give a big thank-you  to Sharif, Yasser, and Kalhid. Ammed for the greetings they give us they are a fantastic representatives for the Jaz Mirabel Beach Resort.
The whole resort is spotless, and the food is fantastic that's why we have been to the resort over 20 times we had a brilliant holiday and we were spoilt by all the staff.

Beautiful 5 star hotel with the most fridndly staff ive ever come across .huge complex many bars & resturants & al a cartes. Heated pools .just beautiful throughout with hard working staff .the food & drink & hygiene exceeded all our wildest expectations .🏩🏖️😎🇪🇬💙❤️

We arrived yesterday tea time and I can only say the hotel is outstanding!! Food so far is delicious 😋 you can use the restaurants and snack bars in both the club and the beach side . From the park to the beach is a 10/15 minute walk .
the rooms are amazing, spacious and comfortable. Not too much in the way of English channels on the tv but you don’t come on holiday for the tv ……
The pools are immaculate and there is so many , I lost count walking to the beach just how many there is . Plenty of kids pools and kids little playgrounds. There are a couple of kids clubs as well . The hotel is literally 20/30 minutes from the airport depending on how many drop offs you have , so in a real good position. I’m venturing out tonight so will edit this post in the morning as to what I find . 
I met a very special lady in the name of yulia who has worked so hard in making my anniversary special we had beautiful flowers and towel art on the bed, a fruit basket and a lovely cake 🍰 so a massive thank you to her ❤️
All in all I am so impressed. I would definitely come back to this hotel 🏨 if your coming here or thinking of booking then go for it you won’t be disappointed ❤️

Perfect stay

Recently returned from a week here with my partner and all I can say is wow! From entering the hotel to leaving after 7 nights we had a smile on our face the whole time. The food in the restaurant was catered to everyone, you will not go hungry. The bar staff and waiters and every single person around the hotel are always smiling and can’t do enough for you. I wanted to give a special mention to Elina from the animation team. She went out of her way every single day to involve me and my partner in all her activities. We even went out to the Hard Rock Cafe with her for karaoke night which was so amazing and great to get out the hotel! She is a real asset to the hotel and we look forward to catching up with her again soon! From start to finish this hotel was great and cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Jaz. See you soon ! 🙏

Best week away !

Good experience

Had the best week 
This was my first visit and definitely won't be the last. 
Food - great choice and fresh never struggled to find something to eat big shout out to Moustafa  in the restaurant who was attentive welcoming and always on hand to make sure everything was ok another huge shout out to Islam who made the most exceptional eggs and omelettes in a morning also had rhe most beautiful smile which was always welcomed in a morning he really has a beautiful soul 
Room - 5421 was spacious and clean Adham the cleaner was exceptional and  made sure the room was clean daily and always left us some lovely surprises with the towels , was always checking we had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable 
To be honest I could mention all the staff as all were the best 
I was sad to leave and will be back again soon

Had an amazing time here, a holiday to remember!! 
Staff are fantastic and welcoming! Animation was bright and bubbly made the holiday 10 times better especially Elina, she encouraged me to take part in yoga which was out of my comfort zone but ended up being one on the best parts of the days! Apart from darts as it was my favourite part,made it feel like home from home! 

100% Would recommend and would return!
