What was good

Bed comfortable. Air condition worked. Good balcony space but it was not a double bed as booked. Staff were nice and dealt with queries and issues straight away. Particularly loved our dinner waiter. He was very sweet and attentive to us always.

What was bad

The cleanliness in room. It should have had a more thorough clean in between guests stays or just an overall deep clean on everything in general Ground in dirt was visible on light switches, (had to use sanitising wipes to proper clean them) hand prints on balcony door, mouldy soap in the soap dispenser and dried brown blob on sink top (was not even wiped away throughout stay) , unclean drawers (left our clothes in our luggage, dirty fridge. lots of flies around. Bins in hallway don't get emptied often. We had to report a rotting smell on our floor before it was removed. Thought housekeeping would have noticed it s as it was like that for several days and was getting worse. The cleanliness of our room i mentioned earlier. but added some more pics. Looks like all they do is spray the floor to remove dirty shoe prints
