Villa features

This villa with 8 bedrooms can accommodate up to 16 people.

The entrance leads to the downstairs living room and dining room, which is connected to an open kitchen. This is also the game room, play and entertainment zone with poker table, pool table, ping-pong table and a bar area (drinks are not included). There is also a large sofa and a big flat-screen TV. From the downstairs living room, guests will have direct access to the private swimming pool and terrace which wraps around the front of the building.

The ground floor has a guest bath, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin/single beds in each room, which can be combined into king beds.

From the entrance hall, guests can walk up the stairs to the 1st floor of the villa.

On this floor, there is a second living- and dining room and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and the villa rental includes a personal chef (groceries are not included). This living room also has a sofa area and large-screen television. The first floor has a guest bath, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a balcony. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin/single beds in each room, which can be combined into king beds.

The 2nd floor has two master bedrooms with king beds, walk-in closets, his/her bathroom, direct access to a balcony with sunbeds and ocean view. There is also another outdoor dining area on the balcony of the second floor with a dining table (seats 16 people) and an outdoor kitchen area with 2 gas BBQ grills.
