We’re staying a few days at the Elysia hotel in Pedoulas. Every evening has been a mouthwatering experience of home made local dishes. Whether it’s a village salad, stifado (beef and onion stew) Kleftico (slow cooked lamb shank) or our this years new favourite: village omelette with artichokes. If you are on your way to or from Troodos and pass the village of Pedoulas, enjoy a wonderful local meal at the Elysia Hotel and once you’re there why not spent the night, they do a very nice village breakfast.
