advice: go to bed at midnight, when the music stops.  Don't use the AC, unmanageable.  Take a bathrobe for the hallway to the toilets.  Don't expect real coffee.  Pay with an unexpected extra, don't leave any luggage when you leave, there's no room for that.  And "enjoy" your stay!

Bad. 

The rooms are located right in the old town. The shortcoming is that it becomes noisy at night, but I used earplugs so it was not a problem for me.

The room is basic, but has AC and is clean. For one of the rooms, the toilet is external to the room, which I found inconvenient. I was told the other room has its own bathroom due to bigger size. Josipa, the host, was very helpful and friendly.

Best location you can get!

The location was excellent, very central in Zadar's lovely old town.  The room was still mostly quiet at night.  Bathroom was great and we were able to make drinks and a basic breakfast in the room with the kettle, plates, cups etc provided.  We were in the purple room which was fine but I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because it did not have that much space. The green room next door is much more spacious and has a seating/eating area and a much better small kitchen so if we came again we would choose that room instead.  Our room was extremely clean and perfectly fine for a few days in Zadar.  We were greeted by the very sweet and helpful Josipa.  She gave us very valuable information about Zadar and made special efforts to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed.  She was very caring and professional.  We also got a very fast response to questions over watsapp so overall extremely happy with the customer service here.  They also allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out.

Perfect location and wonderful service

Stayed for 3 nights in April for £150.  The green room apartment we stayed in is very modern, has an en-suite facility.  I imagine the "purple" room next door has a separate bathroom.  The rooms overlook the "Peoples Square" which buzzes during the day.  Lots of bars and cafes, But the whole place is pedestrianized so it is quiet at night. (May not be in August)
The young lady who showed us in at 1am (flight delay) was superb.  Need to pay cash on arrival, but there is an ATM every 20m in Zadar !!   The owner arranged taxi collection from the airport.  This was the perfect location with breakfast facilities all round the square.  We will be back.

The perfect central location for visiting Zadar

Agora Central rooms overlook the city square, a superb location for exploring the old town, and not noisy. nicely decorated green room had all you would need for a 3night stay. Good wifi even worked in the square outside. only criticism is the sheets were not wide enough!
our flight was not until late evening and the host let us store luggage and came back to let us collect it at 6pm

Ideal location

The apartment was in the centre of old town which was perfect for us. I thought it may be loud at night given it's location, but it really wasn't considering I slept perfectly. 
We had everything we needed in the room, including a washing mashing, wifi, and air con. Great value for money, I just wish we could of stayed more days! 
The owner of the apartment was also a really nice host. He gave us all the information we needed for places to eat/drink etc and was also very friendly. He gave us a place to store our luggage for the day too as our flight wasn't until the evening. 
All in all, a very pleasant stay. I would fully recommend!
