Although the rooms do not have television, I did have a room with a terrace and private bathroom.The owner is very friendly and pleasant.The only negative thing is that when returning to this establishment it requires walking up a hill of about 75 meters.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Very close to the best pizza in town. Lady that owns it is very friendly and will give you all informations you will ask for to ease you in getting around Dubrovnik. Place is very quiet at night and noone disturb you when you are resting.

Good quiet place to stay

I'm seeing lots of negative comments over here. As usual people care more about the material aspects than the experience itself as a whole. I have stayed at this guest house last year in September and I loved it. 
The room had a shared terrace, with shared fridge and bathroom - these are perfectly fine with me! For those who want luxury I suggest you try going to Paris or London. Once I woke very early and watched the sunrise from the couch on the terrace. It was extremely peaceful and beautiful. So what if the hotel is half an hour walk from the old town? I absolutely loved walking that route every day for two weeks. Indeed the area isn't actually in the more touristic areas but isn't that awesome? 
Getting to live among the locals is far more rewarding than being around any pouty British or the selfie-stick addicted Chinese groups.
Overall, I loved it, the host was very friendly and I wouldn't mind staying there again during my next visit.

Very Comfortable and Welcoming

Enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the warm evenings. Host was friendly. Fridge and freezer was useful.

Stayed only one night due to connections next day. A very clean and roomy place, large double bed. Not for disabled due to stairs. Situated on a hill top on the outskirts of old town, about 30 min walk from it. Breakfast in nearby restaurants. Good value for money. Helpful and friendly residing host.

Comfortable stay

Very old apartment. The room wasn't the one shown in photos. It was quite clean and near to center, but too expensive for what they were offering. The last day, we left our luggage there   to be kept after leaving the room, in order to get them later. When we went back to take them, we asked if we could use the bathroom and they just said 'no'. 

Clean and near to center, but.

Misleading pictures, I booked a room with a balcony but was shown 2 rundown rooms without a balcony.Had to complain to be shown the room I had actually booked, this room was slightly better, but still uncomfortable. The rooms furniture is old and needs to be renovated. The towels seem old and worn out (mainly with stains from overuse).False advertising as bathroom was different to one on booking site, it was tiny and did not come with a bathtub as shown in pics. It also wasn’t clean from how old it was.Also not much privacy as the bathroom is outside room, and you share balcony with next room.Basic applicances missing, and ones available were old and of poor quality. Also found  a cockroach in hallway at night. Most property’s we stayed in offered free washing, whereas this property charged 10 euros for washing.The lady who lives in and manages the property is lovely & does what she can, but the owner needs to work on upgrading quality of rooms. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Already paid for the room on Hotel. Com, the landlady wanted a payment again!, she put me in a room with the bathroom was in the corridor used by everyone, eventhough I paid for a room with the bathroom, she changed it after a complaint to Hotel. Com, no internet in the room, so I could not do checking for the flight next day, keep in touch with the family or work! The landlady lied to the Hotel. Com after the complaint was made, no internet after repeated request, appalled by her behaviour, felt unsafe there. Extremely disappointed experience.

Awful behaviour of the landlady

Potentially the worst place I've ever stayed. The photos are so far from the quality of the place - which to be fair, we were willing to look past due to it being an alright location. However the owners are so rude, unwelcoming and above everything it's a hassle to find! Make the best start to your holiday by not booking here! Friends and I were barely in the room so didn't bother us, but advising everyone to steer clear. The price you'll be quoted when you book in advance also won't be accurate as this place charge you based on daily Croatian government rates, so prefer to pay more than you expect! Also no card machine- so have your kuna in cash. Genuinely find somewhere better for a little more- this place is extortion for the dump that it is.
